the first $1000/month online will change your entire personality

BEFORE YOU DIE AS A MAN, DO THIS: - See your 6-pack once. - Deadlift 2x your bodyweight. - Do 10 pull-ups straight. - Travel solo. - Quit something that's killing you. Job. Habit. Relationship. - Build something of your own. Business. Project. Doesn't matter. Just yours. - Be the fittest in your group at 40. - Wake up at 45 with no medications. - Look in the mirror feeling proud and inspired.

If you solve your problems it’s called self improvement. If you solve other people's problems it’s called business. If you solve the world’s problems it’s called purpose.

3 meals a day was invented by cereal companies to sell more cereal. your body doesn't need that much food. fast and feel the difference.

How to master any skill fast: - stop studying - outline a project - start building it - hit a roadblock - figure out how to overcome it - repeat 4 and 5 for the rest of your life Most people don't get past 1, the rest spiral into complacency after 4.

if you're under 30 and you can walk into any room, give a random guy a "what's up bro" like you've known him for years, ask people genuine questions about their lives, and make a girl smile without trying too hard — you'll go far in life. nobody is doing this. everyone is in their head, on their phone, waiting to be approached. be the warm one. be the curious one. you'll never be lonely or broke and opportunities will just find you naturally.

Elon Musk made $180M selling PayPal: > He invested $70M in Tesla. > He invested $100M in SpaceX. > He invested $10M in SolarCity. Today, his stake in Tesla is worth $350B, his stake in SpaceX is worth an estimated $800B, and SolarCity was acquired by Tesla in 2016. So he turned $180M into $1.15T. A casual 6,388x return in less than 25 years.

Just 8 minutes of walking increased creative output by 60%. Stuck on a problem? Go for a walk.

That boring indoor life you’re living is the reason you are addicted to porn.

Don't learn, then build. Build, then learn.

The most dangerous person in the room is the one who’s winning and hasn't told anyone yet. Privacy is a massive competitive advantage.

Normal people are lying to you. It’s usually “you need years to do this” “this will take a lot of time” etc. But that’s usually not true. Ask yourself this: “How can I achieve in 6 months what I want to achieve in 10 years?” Even though that’s maybe unrealistic, you’ll get WAY more done than if you’d stick to a realistic schedule. Urgency is a booster. It’s a tool for shortcutting as much as you can.
