Every country currently active in war is telling you they have no expansionary aim, the issue with this statement is that the logical meta for geopol is literally expansionism. That’s how you survive as a civ over the next 50 years. So yes, Russia is expanding into Europe, America is expanding to South America, Israel is preparing for a greater Israel, China is going to take Taiwan soon, Iran/Turkey/Saudi are in a Cold War to control tje Middle East and India/Pakistan will have a large scale war to control South Asia.
The only certain great powers of the future are China in East Asia and USA in North/South America, beyond that all of these wars are yet to play out.
