🚨 AMAZON RELAY — FEBRUARY 2026 SYSTEM UPDATE (IMPORTANT FOR ALL CARRIERS) 🔥 Read carefully. Amazon is running a full system review in February. Many carriers will get suspended if they don’t prepare. ⸻ 🟦 1. Updated Background Checks (Accurate) Amazon expands background checks for ALL non-CDL drivers. Drivers get 30 days to submit info in the Relay app. If the driver doesn’t complete it — account = SUSPEND. Link expires every 10 days → must reopen from Relay app. ⸻ 🟦 2. Performance Algorithm Update Beginning February, performance violations impact your board 2–3× stronger: ❗️ New penalties: • Late PU → heavy rating drop • Late DEL → can trigger Suspend Review • No Update → − board for 7 days • DF (Disruption-Free) now flags even 0.1% issues • App Usage < 98% → Warning → SUSPEND ⸻ 🟦 3. Asset Verification Enforcement Amazon auto-suspends for ANY mismatch: • VIN ≠ Plate • Wrong insurance info • No “For Hire” or wrong VIN on policy • Trailer plate/VIN mismatch • Expired insurance upload System reads everything automatically — no manual override. ⸻ 🟦 4. Anti-Bot & Security Crackdown February update strengthens security filters: 🚫 VPN 🚫 Multi-state login 🚫 Sharing the same login between dispatchers 🚫 Auto-refresh scripts/extensions 🚫 Third-party bots Violation → Security Suspension with no appeal. ⸻ 🟥 WHAT THIS MEANS FOR CARRIERS Amazon will run a full system sweep. Carriers with ANY of the problems below will lose board access: 1. Driver didn’t finish Accurate background check 2. VIN/Plate/Insurance problems 3. Low App Usage 4. No Update violations 5. Repeated Late PU/DEL 6. VPN or multiple dispatchers logging from different states 7. Trailer info mismatch
