The setup that works for me the best is this: Handle 1-2 models MAX, take 80% of the profits (invest some of those profits into systems, employees, etc. if that’s going to make me more money). Outsource other models to agencies and take a cut, FULLY PASSIVE, all I have to do is sign that model to my agency and then delegate her to someone else. Only way it makes sense.

These new OFM guys in the space turned this business into the new dropshipping. 😂😂😂 10 models, 30% margins... The best thing about OFM was that you could take home most of the profits.
