District Grouping feature – We propose to implement Zone-wise District Grouping as detailed below. Zone – 1 Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Parvathipuram Manyam, Alluri Sitharama Raju, Visakhapatnam, Anakapalli Zone – 2 Polavaram, Kakinada, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema, East Godavari, West Godavari, Eluru, Krishna, NTR Zone – 3 Guntur, Palnadu, Bapatla, Prakasam, Markapuram, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore Zone – 4 Kurnool, Nandyal, Ananthapuramu, Sri Sathya Sai, YSR Kadapa, Annamayya, Tirupati, Chittoor

అందరికీ నమస్కారం, దయచేసి క్రింది మార్పులను గమనించి వాటిని తప్పనిసరిగా అనుసరించగలరు. 1. Slot Booking ప్రక్రియలో చేసిన మార్పులు 1.1 Self Declaration / Doctor Declaration తప్పనిసరి Slot Booking సమయంలో Self Declaration లేదా Doctor Declaration పత్రాలలో ఏదో ఒకటి తప్పనిసరిగా అప్‌లోడ్ చేయాలి. సంబంధిత Declaration లేకుండా సచివాలయ Digital Assistant లు Slot Booking చేయకూడదు. 1.2 Zone ఆధారంగా జిల్లాల ఎంపిక రాష్ట్రంలోని 28 జిల్లాలను 4 జోన్‌లుగా విభజించాము. దరఖాస్తుదారుని Household వివరాల్లో నమోదైన జిల్లాకు అనుగుణంగా సంబంధిత Zone లోని జిల్లాలు మాత్రమే Slot Booking సమయంలో ప్రదర్శించబడతాయి. 2. Attendance Marking ప్రక్రియలో చేసిన మార్పులు Camp రోజు Hospital Login లో ముందుగా Doctor Allocation పూర్తి చేయాలి. అనంతరం Attendance Marking చేయాలి. ఈ రెండు ప్రక్రియలు పూర్తయిన PWDలు మాత్రమే సంబంధిత First Doctor Login లో కనిపిస్తారు. Camp రోజు Attendance నమోదు చేయలేకపోయినట్లయితే: Hospital Login లో Not Attended జాబితాలో ఉన్న PWDలకు 60 రోజుల వరకు మళ్లీ Attendance Marking చేసే అవకాశం కల్పించబడింది. 3. Multiple Disability & Multiple Sclerosis Multiple Disability మరియు Multiple Sclerosis ల అభివృద్ధి పూర్తయింది. ప్రస్తుతం ఇవి Production లో అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి. Certificate మరియు ID Card Generation కూడా విజయవంతంగా అమలు చేయబడింది. 4. Certificate Download ఇకపై First Doctor ద్వారా Reject చేయబడిన PWDలకు కూడా Certificate Download సదుపాయం అందుబాటులో ఉంచబడింది. పై తెలిపిన అన్ని మార్పులను ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ గమనించి, విధిగా అనుసరించాలని కోరుతున్నాము. ధన్యవాదాలు.
