It is now the 21st Navratna CPSE company, and 1st Shipyard company to achieve this status. Being a Navratna company, MDL can now be able to invest upto Rs. 1000 crores or 15% of their networth in a single project without needing a government approval. Additionally, the company can also engage in JV’s, form alliances and establish subsidiaries overseas. MDL moved up by 10% today and is up more than 28% from our recommended price of Rs. 3,439. We recommend to hold on to the stock for further upside.
