@Admin, SAPOST Please Sir, support the Justified Demands of GDSs. Please amplify our Voice 🔥 All Rule3 Allotted GDSs must be relieved without any Condition and Delay. SAPOST is the Channel, which is followed by SPOs & Directorate Staffs. Please raise this issue. This will directly affect the Seniority of GDSs if their Relieving is delayed intentionally. GDSs have been assigned with a Target of opening Minimum 50 POSB Accounts within a week to get relieved fast. Divisional Heads are also threatening GDSs that if they fail to fulfill the assigned Target, Relieving will be done on the last date i.e. 24th December intentionally. This is against the Departmental Rule. As per Directorate Letter No.17-31/2016-GDS(Pt.I) dated 23 October 2025, It is clarified that no Past work verification is required before relieving the GDS. Delay in joining could affect the seniority of the GDS, therefore, the GDSs whose transfer is approved will be relieved on or before the stipulated date without fail. But, Divisions are not following this rule. Even, we have received information from a few Divisions that SDIPOs are demanding money from GDSs to get relieved soon. This Incident can't be tolerated anyhow. We, therefore kindly request you to take necessary action and issue another order for the Divisions to relieve all Rule3 Allotted GDSs under their control expeditiously without any inconvenience. We can assure that GDSs will open Accounts and fill up all Targets after joining the new Postal Division. This matter may be treated as most urgent because this is related to the Seniority of GDSs. I am from Anakapalle division, Andhra Pradesh still not relived and no information to us from higher officials.. Hope they are waiting still targets we're finished.. No exact date announced to me..
