*Geofencing Policy Implementation (Phase-2)* Respected Sir/Madam, As directed by the competent authority, 2nd phase of Geofencing on the IPPB owned Samsung A14 devices shall be implemented in the 9 circles (detail shared below) on tomorrow (21st March 2026). Earlier, on 29th January 2026, it has already implemented in the 6 circles. After implementation, *Microatm and CELC application shall be removed from the device once device moves out of the virtual fence of 25 KM and same shall be restored after returning back into the fence* . *Detailed mail in this regard has already been sent on yesterday* . In case of any issue reported after implementation, kindly advise concerned branches to follow the steps as mentioned in the mail. For the remaining 8 circles, policy shall be implemented on 25th March 2026. Phase-2 circle details: *Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal*

महोदय/महोदया, नियामक (Regulatory) आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार, बैंक MATM लॉगिन में 2-फैक्टर ऑथेंटिकेशन (2FA) लागू कर रहा है। इस बदलाव के तहत: * पहले की तरह यूज़र अपना MATM पासवर्ड डालकर लॉगिन करेगा * इसके बाद एक OTP (वन टाइम पासवर्ड) उसके AMS में रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर पर आएगा * यूज़र को उस OTP को दर्ज करना अनिवार्य होगा * इसके बाद की MATM प्रक्रिया पहले की तरह ही रहेगी (कोई बदलाव नहीं) 📌 इस प्रक्रिया से सुरक्षा और मजबूत होगी। 👉 SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) को Process Quality टीम द्वारा 18/03/2026 को साझा किया जा चुका है। 🔔 कृपया सभी फील्ड टीम को तुरंत सूचित करें, क्योंकि ये बदलाव कल दिन के अंत (EOD) तक लागू कर दिए जाएंगे, ताकि किसी प्रकार की परेशानी न हो। 🙏🏻 धन्यवाद

Dear Sir/Madam, In line with mandatory regulatory requirements, Bank is implementing 2 factor authentication during MATM login. This change will require end-user to punch in an OTP recieved in his AMS registered phone number after login with his/her regular MATM password. Rest of the MATM process will remain same. The SOP has been shared by Process Quality team on 18/03/2026. Please inform field teams accordingly as we will deploy these changes tomorrow EOD to avoid any disruption🙏🏻
