Please awake every comrade, tomorrow new timeline order will be issued so by raising our voice through doing mail to concerned authority we can influence upcoming timeline *Subject: Urgent Appeal for Timely Declaration of GDS Rule 3 Transfer Result – Repeated Postponements Causing Severe Hardship* Respected Sir/Madam, With utmost respect, we GDS employees wish to express our deep concern and disappointment regarding the repeated postponements of the GDS Rule 3 transfer results. This issue has now crossed beyond inconvenience and has become a serious hardship for thousands of GDS, affecting our work, family life, mental health, and personal commitments. Despite following the department’s instructions with discipline, punctuality, and dedication, we are repeatedly facing uncertainty due to delays in the CEPT processes. As per the earlier timeline, the results should have been published without fail, but they have been postponed yet again—this being the second delay—now tentatively to 3rd December, and even that is not assured. For over a year, we have been patiently waiting for the Rule 3 transfer, hoping to move closer to our native place and reduce our daily struggles. We accepted the previous postponements due to IT 2.0 upgrades with understanding and cooperation. But now, after multiple revised schedules and changes in the announced dates, the department’s inconsistency is causing serious distress. We wish to respectfully highlight the following facts: 1. GDS are repeatedly treated as trial-and-error subjects during new technological integrations. 2. If a GDS fails to follow orders or deadlines, strict and immediate action is taken. But when delays happen from the department’s side, no accountability is shown. 3. Thousands of GDS depend on Rule 3 transfers to support their families, including aged parents, schooling children, and personal health needs. 4. These frequent changes create mental pressure, financial strain, and emotional instability among the workforce. 5. The Hon’ble Minister has publicly stated that GDS are the backbone of the Postal Department, yet our issues are not being given timely attention. Respected Sir/Madam, we request you with folded hands: Please ensure that the GDS Rule 3 transfer result is declared within 3rd December without any further postponement. Either on Monday or Tuesday, kindly publish the result as committed. We further request that future schedules and timelines for GDS-related activities be maintained strictly as announced, so that employees can plan their lives without constant disruption. Our intention is not to blame or disrespect any authority. Our intention is only to seek fair treatment, timely action, and basic stability in our professional life. We sincerely hope that this humble yet urgent appeal will be taken seriously and acted upon immediately. Thanking you, GDS Employees
