A Note to the Inner-Self Dear me, “Habits are powerful, but delicate. They can emerge outside our consciousness, or can be deliberately designed. Habits often occur without our permission, but can be reshaped by fiddling with their parts. They shape our lives far more than we realize—they are so strong, in fact, that they cause our brains to cling to them at the exclusion of all else, including common sense.” – Charles Duhigg Do mind your consistent actions - whether you find yourself engaged in them unknowingly or purposely invest your time on. Because your actions define you more than what you think who you are. May you have a rewarding Monday and a New Week filled with gratifying experiences and humbling encounters that brings the best out of you. May it also be a Week you become more conscious about your consistent actions that shape your life. #monday #newday #monthofDecember #betteryourbest #storiesmatter #bekind #decisionsmatter #changeyou #onedayatatime #selftuning #thoughtoftheday #wisdomwords #inspirations #selftuning #change #motivation #success #mindset #metaphor #quotestoremember #inspirational #mentality #growth #lifelessons #wisdom @positivetunes
