Turkey | Thousands Take to Streets Against Violence Against Working Women And LGBTI On the International Day Against Anti-Woman Violence, many thousands took to the streets of Turkish cities to express their anger against the worsening attacks on women and LGBTI. The New Democratic Women (YDK) specifically launched an agitation campaign for the protests, setting revolutionary impulses for a movement of working women, integrated with the over-all revolutionary movement of the country. Imprisoned Partizan comrades also declared their support for the agitations. Alongside condemning the worsening violence on working women and LGBTI — reaching from the erosion of their democratic rights, over their confinement within the regressive bourgeois family, to violent attacks (including sexual violence) and murder — the revolutionary-democratic activists also declared their solidarity with the Adivasi women of India's People's War and the Palestinian Liberation Struggle. Either we all enter Communism, or no one does!

Comrade Hasan Fakhri, President of the Maoist Poet and Martyr Revolutionary and Patriotic Memorial Society, hoisted the flag of the Revolutionary Student-Youth Movement and inaugurated the 1st session by singing the Internationale. Before that, a procession of the Revolutionary Student-Youth Movement went from TSC to the VC Square, circled the University's Art Building and reached the venue again. The 1st session was chaired by Comrade Tawfiqa Priya and moderated by Comrade Biplob Bhattacharya. In the beginning, the martyrs of Operation Kagar and Palestine, the martyrs in unjust wars around the world, and the martyrs of the Revolutionary Student Youth Movement and New Democratic People's Front were remembered. Condolences were read out in memory of the lost comrades of the organizations and a 1-minute silence was observed. Then a cultural program was held under the direction of Comrade Isha De. After the cultural program, the guests and the organizations included in the New Democratic People's Front gave welcome speeches. This 1st session of the council was then addressed by Comrade Hasan Fakhri, President of the Shaheed Biplobi O Deshpremik Smriti Sangsad, Comrade Badal Shah Alam, former leader of the Biplobi Chhatra Andolan (currently Biplobi Chhatra-Youth Andolan) and editor of the Khadda newspaper, Comrade Harun-or-Rashid, General Secretary of Maulana Bhashani Parishad, Prakash Dutta, Co-General Secretary of the National Democratic Front, Comrade Abu Bakkar Siddique Rumel, Joint Convener of the Biplobi Sramik Andolan, Comrade Razzak, Organizer of the Biplobi Nari Mukti, Organizer of the Adivasi Mukti Morcha, Labani Tanchangya, Organizer of the Naya Ganatantrik President of the Gana Morcha, Zafar Hossain, and Convener of the Revolutionary Students and Youth Movement, Comrade Naeem Uddin, Dhaka Metropolitan City. The speakers said that the imperialist-controlled government, is ridiculing the working masses' popular aspirations in the July Uprising, carrying out anti-people and anti-national activities one after another. This interim government has, in fact, destroyed their popular aspirations. People from all walks of life must unite and stop these anti-national and anti-people activities and struggle, not for reform, but for the purpose of ultimately realizing socialism-communism, wage the struggle to establish a truly democratic government-constitution-state for the oppressed people, including workers-peasants-middle class-women-tribals. The speakers also said that if you want to stand for Palestine, you have to oppose US imperialism. Because, it is with the open support of US imperialism, Israel is carrying out its barbaric genocide in Palestine. And if you want to oppose imperialism-expansionism, you have to wage the struggle to cancel all the anti-national open and secret agreements made with imperialism-expansionism. In his closing speech, the President said that the ongoing military campaign "Operation Kagar" by the Hindutva fascist Modi government must be stopped immediately. The Jal-Jangal-Zameen (water, land and forests) of the indigenous people should not be handed over to multinational companies. He unequivocally expresses firm support the ongoing people's war in India and said that the path made red with the blood of the martyrs of the people's war is the only path to liberation. The 2nd session began at 2:30 pm. There was a lot of discussion on the political proposals, organizational reports, declarations and the organizational structure. Then the panel of the new national committee was presented. A 19-member national committee was formed unanimously with Comrade Taufika Priya as the president, Comrade Naeem Uddin and Comrade Abdullah Al Matin Badsha as the vice-presidents. The newly formed committee is based on Marxism-Leninism-Maoism. 2/2

Delhi | SOS: Brutal Violence Unleashed Against Progressives by Delhi Cops! Today, bsCEM and a number of other organisations campaigned for the protest against air pollution to be held on 23 November 2025. Hindutva Fascist RSS-BJP attacked them and threw casteist, islamophobic, and transphobic slurs at them. They also issued rape threats to women. Delhi Police sided with RSS and gathered in large numbers outside the room the students took shelter in. They filmed the students without consent and broke their window with a stick. When students finally tried to leave, police lathi charged, beat students up. Male police officers manhandled female students while there no female constable. Five students have been brutally detained by police and are kept at Model Town police station. Rudra was taken aside by the police and brutally beaten up on private parts using lathis. It has been two hours now and they are still detained by the police. We appeal to everyone to gather outside Model Town police station!

Dear Comrade, I had your letter. Comrades Gurudas, Shashi and Sudeb were your close companions. It is not possible for me to feel the anguish that you must be feeling. Comrade, the path of revolution is, indeed, crimson with the blood of martyrs. Price has to be paid for the liberation of the people. Every attack on us is painful and this pain gives rise to the strong resolve to make greater sacrifices and to the most intense hatred for the enemy. When these two are linked with Mao Tsetung Thought, the new man is born. The oppressed people of India, crores of poor and landless peasants of our country, are looking forward to the birth of the new man. When the poor and landless peasantry will beget the new man, the people of India will then wipe off all their tears and rejoice. What a flood of life will then sweep through the whole of India! Our country will blaze up like a bright star and illumine the entire world. It is through the self-sacrifice of countless men that the India of our dreams will become real. Each such death is heavier than a mountain, for they grew up much greater than what we are. That is why their deaths will create innumerable lives. That is why the dust of this road has to be washed with tears and the road made firm with blood. Did we commit any mistake? Who can say that no mistake will be committed ? But this is not the day of repentance, this is the day when one should blaze up like a flame of fire, this is the day when the blood debt should be repaid in blood. For thousands of years the poor and landless peasants of our country have shed their blood and sacrificed their lives to build up this country: it is through their sacrifice that our society, culture, wealth, riches, tradition — all these have been built up. The burden of that debt rests on our shoulders. It is our task to repay that debt. But we must correct the mistakes, if we have committed any. Without correcting them we shall be unable to sharpen the edge of our attack. It seems to me that our mistake there arises from the old political deviation, that is, the division between the tribals and non-tribals. The class enemies could unite only by exploiting that advantage. If they hadn’t this advantage, each of them would have been busy saving his own skin and they would never come forward to help one another. Out of every martyrdom arises new life. I shall live to hear the wonderful news of the rich harvest of new life the martyrdom of these three heroes will yield. July 6, 1970 — Charu Majumdar, The Birth of the New Man

Labour colleagues, we all see how the conditions of workers in the companies are getting worse and worse and on the other hand how the owners' profits are continuously increasing. Four anti-labour codes have been imposed on us to accelerate the same profit-making. The government is shamelessly claiming that these four labour codes are in the interest of workers, while these labour codes are in every respect gravely anti-worker. The Modi government has changed all the 29 labour laws to serve the corporate interest even more strongly. And this issue is not limited to only the workers, these new laws have destroyed the lives of all the common people. These new changes under the changed laws have put the lives of all those living dependent livelihoods in difficulty. Even in Delhi which is the country's capital where many millions of workers are settled, slums are ruthlessly being demolished including large numbers of the houses of unorganized laborers. Many such bastis were demolished in the states like Delhi, Haryana, Punjab. Earlier these settlements were settled by the laborerers due to the actions of different governments and today when the places of these very people's lives are being capitalized, they are being destroyed one after the other. Not only here but in places like Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha and Jaipur (Rajasthan), the capitalists like Adani are putting the lives of the working masses at severe risk, while the goverments are giving exemptions to the sake of mining, while it is hypocritically talking about planting trees - cutting millions of trees itself at the very same time too. The Adivasis fighting to save their forests are being murdered in encounters openly. In the name of Operation Kagaar, almost 300+ Naxals and Adivasis have already been killed by these sort of operations. The Modi government has, of course, time and time again thrown its full and open support for these massacres, running from Bastar to Palestine. These should be fought against at every instance! The New Four Labor Codes: •12 hours of work has been approved. •Allowing women to work night shifts while women are not already safe. •Trade unions registration has been made difficult. •The strike has been made illegal. •Factory investigation has also been closed under the Occupational Safety and Health Code which is a violation of the International Labor Organization (ILO) Convention. With which accidents are happening in factories on the coming days and everything is going on with the combination of government and capitalists. That is why today the unions of farmers and laborers together declared strike which was made successful. Along with all unions, we also demand the government that- •Four Labor Codes should be cancelled • Indian Labour Conference should be held immediately •Minimum salary should be done to Rs. 26,000 per month. •41 Defense Ordinance Factories should be withdrawn. •Old Pension Scheme (OPS) should be restored • 38,000 crore rupees deposited for the welfare of construction workers should be issued immediately •MSP from formula of C-2+50% apply to all agricultural products. •Inspection of all factories should be started under occupational safety and health. The government should immediately hear all these demands otherwise be ready for a fighter movement in the coming days. Long live the revolution! 2/2

The occupation, oppression and exploitation of the Adivasi masses is centuries old in what is today known as India: since the days of the Aryan invasions, through the times of British colonialism, till today – under the servants of foreign imperialists, the comprador capitalists and feudal lords of the Indian neo-colony. But the Adivasi people also have a vast and vivid history of resistance and rebellion. "Jal, Jangal, Jameen hamara hai!" "The forest is ours! Our Right over the forest produce is inalienable!"—These slogans reverberate across the vast forested, hilly regions of India stretching from the North Eastern States to the Wayanad belt in the southwestern tip of the subcontinent, where the country's indigenous Adivasi reside, people whose brutal exploitation simultanously meant the wealth of the imperialists, comprador bourgeoisie, feudal forces, rapacious contractors, moneylenders and traders, forest officials and government bureaucrats. The reactionary ruling classes are seeing high potential for their economic interests in these regions. The secret lies in the vast treasures that the regions' forests and mountains hold in their bosom—the millions of tonnes of mineral wealth and timber that could fatten the vultures from Washington to New Delhi. No concern for them if the entire regions are devastated, rivers contaminated, the environment polluted, homes of Adivasi families in hundreds of villages destroyed and lakhs of people displaced by this so-called "development". The wealth of these regions is mind-boggling to exploitative "treasure-seekers" who will not hesitate to unleash a brutal war against their own people and spell death and destruction to countless people in order to capture this very natural wealth for their own. Today, all revolutionary and free people of India hail the shining revolutionary traditions of the heroic martyr Birsa Munda and the indigenous masses who rebelled under his leadership — pledging to continue their anti-feudal, anti-imperialist struggle, to wage the struggle of this cause that was left incomplete — until victory or martyrdom. Today, it is the armed struggle in the form of an ongoing Protracted People's War in primarily Central, Eastern and Southern India, led by the CPI (Maoist), which continues the rich revolutionary legacy set by Birsa Munda and all those who fought with and before him. Espousing a clear-cut anti-feudal, anti-imperialist stance, and a developed military strategy taking into account the experiences of past decades, this struggle is expanding and rejuvenating. Fired with the revolutionary ideology of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, the agrarian revolution advances to surround the cities from the countryside, constructing the New Power in district after district. Thus; to continue the struggle to this stage and further, to rebel against reaction today more than at any other day before is the best tribute we can pay to the immortal Martyr Birsa Munda on the anniversary of his birth! 3/3

Birsa Munda was born into a family of sharecroppers on this day, in the year 1875 at Bamba, a suburb of Ranchi (Bihar). To gain education, Birsa, like many other tribal youth, initially became a Christian. But as he would not knee for any trait of the colonizers, he soon left Christianity. Later at Bandgaon, he was temporarily under the titulage of a Vaishnavi preacher. He gave up meat, worshipped the tulsi plant, and wore the sacred thread and a dhoti dyed in turmeric like a typical Vaishnavite. Still, he was always critical, and as a show of self-respect reverted to the beliefs of his ancestors, initiating an Adivasi movement against any alien imposition, which laid stress not only on prayers, faith in God, observance of a code of conduct and sacrifices but also a steeled discipline which included the total abstention from alcohol, among other things. Combining his beliefs with politics, he went from village to village, giving discourses and preparing to build a politico-military organisation. He thus declared an end to Victorian foreign rule and the establishment of Munda Rule. He organized the people to stop paying interest to feudal moneylenders and taxes to the British. They broke all links with the missionaries and subsequently took the path of organized revolt. The British immediately attempted to nip this scent of rebellion against their colonial rule in the bud, bringing in the armed police. One night, while in his sleep, Birsa was thus arrested. He would spend two years in jail. But he didn't accept to let any amount repression break his commitment; immediately after he left jail in November 1897, he went underground and once again began organizing the tribal masses. Birsa thus sowed the seeds of revolt against the landlords and British once more, raising the self-confidence of the indigenous, who significantly increased the intensity and frequency of their attacks on the landlord class. He formed two military units — one for military training and armed struggle, the other for propaganda. They lastly declared December 24, 1899 as the day for the launching of the armed struggle. On Christmas Eve, the attacks began. In the first phase, police stations were attacked at Khunti, Jamar, Basia, Ranchi, etc. Eight colonial policemen were killed, while 32 fled; 89 houses of landlords were burnt down; churches and British property were reduced to ashes. The flames of the struggle spread to 550 sq. miles in the Chota Nagpur region. The struggle was so intense that on the fourth day itself, Ranchi’s 'deputy commissioner' called in the Army. Many British fled the region in this leap of armed rebellion. The first phase of this struggle ended on January 5, 1900. On January 6, the second phase of the popular 'Ulgulan' (Revolution) began. Not only were attacks launched on the moneylender-landlord-mahajan-contractor combine, but directly against the British colonial occupation. Using poisoned arrows, numerous police and Britishers were eliminated; colonial traders’ houses were burnt; the flames of armed struggle spread far and wide. Furious about the potential loss of even one portion of the lands they subjugated, the British Army was mobilized with their rifles, brutally massacring the masses who were not yet organized enough to triumph. Entire towns of Ranchi and Singhbhum were handed over to the army. Lastly, on February 3, Birsa Munda was caught. Severe cases were put on him and 482 other freedom fighters. While the cases were still on, his health detoriated heavily. On June 9, Birsa Munda became a martyr. Though he had no symptoms of it, the British declared he died of Cholera. 2/3

Carry Forward the Legacy of Heroic Tribal Resistance on the Birth Anniversary of Birsa Munda! Today marks the birth anniversary of the revolutionary Adivasi leader Birsa Munda, who is immortalized in the hearts of all struggling and oppressed — particularly Adivasi — masses, for challenging the colonial British subjugation, dark feudal forces and leading the Adivasi masses in an organized armed revolt against the occupiers. 1/3
