Shocking 🚨 MBBS admissions cancelled in UP and Chattisgarh after fake certificates exposed In Uttar Pradesh, the NEET UG 2025 process has been hit by a massive scam where 64 forged certificates were used under the Freedom Fighter quota. The state has 4,442 MBBS seats, with 88 reserved for dependents of freedom fighters. This year, 79 seats were allotted under this quota and 71 students had already joined colleges, but verification revealed that many of these certificates were fake, leading to cancellation of admissions. In Chhattisgarh, three students from Bilaspur managed to secure MBBS seats using forged EWS certificates. One of them is the niece of a BJP leader. When the documents were cross checked at the tehsil office, it turned out that no applications were ever filed, yet certificates were issued and used to claim reserved seats. The truth only came out during verification.
