Sadguru Pujya Viveksagar Swami ~ Chigwell Mandir Visit 🙏🏽 Thursday 17 September was a truly blessed day at BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Chigwell, as we welcomed Sadguru Pujya Viveksagar Swami for his first ever visit to our mandir. ✨ Swami offered arti to Thakorji, performed abhishek of Shri Nilkanth Varni Maharaj, and blessed everyone in the sabha with his inspiring words. In his discourse, he remembered Yogiji Maharaj, Pramukh Swami Maharaj and Mahant Swami Maharaj’s visit to East London in 1970 and the pioneer devotees of that time. Seeing his warmth and the joy on everyone's faces made the day one to remember. Thank you to all the volunteers and devotees who made the visit so special. 🧡 #BAPS #BAPSChigwell #Mandir

Due to ongoing construction works, space in the courtyard will be very limited. 📺 For the best viewing experience, please watch on the LED screens from the Haveli Assembly Hall, Shayona Car Park marquee, or Mandir Gym overflow areas. 🚫 Please do not stand on or block public roads or pavements on Pramukh Swami Road or Brentfield Road. ⚠️ Those choosing to stand in the former Swaminarayan School Car Park areas should note that no viewing screens will be available there. 🪑 Limited seating in the front Mandir courtyard is reserved for invited yajmans only and may not offer optimal views of the ceremony. 🪷 Tap here if you would like to offer a heartfelt contribution to this historic moment for BAPS UK & Europe.

PLEASE HELP STOP THE SPREAD OF FLU & COVID 🦠 We have had a significant number of severe flu and COVID cases among satsangis and volunteers in Paris. 🛡 As many are now travelling to London, we must all take precautions to protect everyone, especially the elderly and vulnerable. 😮‍💨 If you have any of the following symptoms: • Fever • Headache • Aches and pains • Cough or sore throat • Vomiting or diarrhoea 1️⃣ Please do not come to the mandir. 2️⃣ Rest at home until your symptoms have fully resolved. 3️⃣ Take paracetamol and standard cough or cold remedies as needed. ⚠️ Please Remember: Flu and COVID can present with very similar symptoms, so it may not be possible to distinguish them. 😷 PPE: • Mandirs are unable to provide masks. • If you wish to wear one, please bring your own. • Wearing a mask may help reduce risk, but it does not completely prevent transmission.
