[TIPS]
If you’re learning korean and you work in finance (or you’re interested in it) try reading korean books related to your field.
And not just finance. It could be medical, law, politics, wine, cuisine, travel, sport, marketing, tech, design.. literally any field you’re into.
It doesn’t have to be heavy or academic. Even light reads or quick reads are fine. The point is exposure.
When you read within your own field, the same vocabulary and terminology will show up again and again.
Seeing those words repeatedly in context makes them way easier to remember. It feels more natural compared to memorizing random word lists.
So instead of only sticking to general textbooks, try immersing yourself in content related to your industry or interests.
It’s more relevant, more practical, and more motivating.

[KOREAN - SOGANG UNIVERSITY]
Published Year: 2024 (Third Edition)
Sogang University - 서강 한국어
1A: Hangeul
1A: Writing Book
1A: Student Book
1A: Workbook
Sogang Korean has many textbooks, but the newly revised editions are currently only for Level 1&2.
The remaining levels that I have are still in low-resolution, so it may be better to wait for the revised editions altogether.
Korean textbooks are usually updated every 3-5 years, tho.
