🗳️ Today, the Supreme Court will hear a batch of petitions challenging the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar. The petitioners argue that the process is unconstitutional and arbitrary. Case background: https://bit.ly/44yvFif
📑 In the previous hearing, the Court refused to stay the publication of the draft electoral rolls. The rolls have since been published on the Election Commission website. The ECI claims that no political party has filed any complaints: https://bit.ly/3UwPBgW
