NSO, MoSPI has released the Periodic Labour Force Survey (PLFS) monthly Bulletin for May 2026. According to this bulletin the Labour Force Participation Rate (LFPR) for aged (15+ years) stood at 54.4%, while the Worker Population Ratio (WPR) for aged (15+ years) was recorded at 51.4%. These figures indicate that key macroeconomic labour metrics have maintained structural stability with consistent workforce participation throughout the month.
