About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CMM / SPIR Coordinator to join our EPC project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS/CMM) data and Spare Parts Information Record (SPIR) activities, ensuring accurate maintenance data, vendor documentation, and project handover deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of SPIR packages.
* Review vendor spare parts recommendations and ensure compliance with project requirements.
* Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Vendors, Clients, and Project teams.
* Collect, validate, and maintain CMMS/CMM data.
* Prepare equipment hierarchy, Asset Register, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
* Support SAP PM/MM or CMMS data loading activities.
* Monitor SPIR/CMMS deliverables and prepare progress reports.
* Coordinate warehouse inspections and material handover.
* Maintain project documentation, revisions, and final handover dossiers.
* Perform other duties assigned by project management.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our team for road and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards on civil infrastructure projects and a proven ability to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and client HSE requirements.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for site personnel.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and enforce safety compliance across the site.
Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, inspection reports, and permits.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives on HSE matters.
Monitor emergency preparedness and ensure emergency response procedures are effectively implemented.
Promote a proactive safety culture and encourage continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in road and infrastructure construction projects.
NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory.
IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent IOSH certification) is mandatory.
Previous experience working on Ashghal (Public Works Authority – Qatar) projects is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction HSE regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, and permit-to-work systems.
Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with major infrastructure, highways, utilities, or road construction projects.
Additional HSE certifications or training will be an advantage.

| 20 | 📌 Position: _*Lead Business Analyst (SAP Sr. Project Manager)*_
📍 Location: _Doha_
🔹 *Key Responsibilities*
* Drive SAP Business AI, Joule, AI Agents adoption and enterprise use‑case governance.
* Coordinate technical delivery across SAP S/4HANA, RISE, BTP, Integration Suite, Datasphere, SAC, Cloud ALM.
* Manage SAP BTP platform (Global Accounts, Subaccounts, services, APIs, integrations).
* Review Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and ensure alignment with architecture & security standards.
* Support RISE migration readiness, cutover, environment strategy & operational handover.
* Oversee risk, compliance, security reviews, DR planning & audit readiness.
* Collaborate with business, IT, EA, security & vendors to drive outcomes.
🔹 *Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science.
* SAP Certification (BTP Architect / BTP Administrator / S/4HANA System Admin).
🔹 *Experience*
* 8+ years in SAP programs; 3+ years managing complex cloud/AI/analytics projects.
* Delivery experience across S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, BTP, Integration Suite, SAC, Datasphere.
* Strong background in SAP BTP, integrations, cloud migrations, solution design & governance.
* Experience in regulated, security‑focused environments.
🔹 *Technical Skills*
* SAP Business AI, Joule, AI Agents, AI Formations, Joule Studio.
* SAP BTP architecture, CF environments, subscriptions, entitlements.
* API‑based architectures, agentic workflows, automation & orchestration.
* SAP Integration Suite, API Management, Event Mesh.
* Knowledge of S/4HANA, SAC, Datasphere, Cloud ALM
