Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.

Coordinating with AIMD logistics for delivery schedule and dispatches. Coordinate with divisions for any de-listings at the e-comm stores Coordinate with divisions for stock/inventory levels at the e-comm stores. Coordination in AIH social media team & IT department AIH for social media, website upgradation, sharing content, artwork & post stories, brand highlights, videos, and other product-related content on Instagram & Facebook.
Content to be in line with the principal and approved by the division. 8) Coordinate with the Digital media team for website upgradation of our official social media AIMD accounts & sharing content, artwork, videos & market activations pictures for all key brands Any new Account to be created by the AIH social media team & IT department.

1) Palace manager ( Female)
• Providing personalized services for palace owner
• Having a deep knowledge of all amenities for guests or owners
• Working with all departments (housekeeping, food services, etc.) to meet guests’ needs

Job Description:
• Understands the consultancy role of a Facility Management Agent
• Lead and overseeing the Operations team to manage daily Hard Services facilities operation and maintenance activities
• Review operational efficiency of existing services, opportunities for further systems phases, scheduling of tasks, approving consumables and spare parts, and monitoring overall progress in line with the asset management plans
• Responsible to write and review the scope of services for relevant tenders
• Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001,
• Knowledgeable about Civil Defense, MOI and Municipality/Ashghal Standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or ELV discipline

projects with a high concentration in facilities management experience
• Minimum 3 years working in Arabian Gulf Region.
