Talk about: • The tools you know • The problems they solve • The results they create • The businesses that need them When people repeatedly see your work, somebody will eventually message you: “Please can you help my business too?” That is easier than begging people to believe you are skilled. 2. Make offers Many people are interested in your skills but afraid they cannot afford you. So make offers publicly. “I can set up QuickBooks for your business for ₦150,000.” “I help small businesses organize monthly records from ₦100,000 monthly.” “I can create a sales and inventory tracking system for your shop.” "I can handle the admin tasks in your business remotely for ₦150,000 monthly." When you make offers consistently, people understand: • What you do • Who you help • How much it may cost And that clarity helps them reach out faster. Personally, these are the exact two strategies I used for over 10 years. I did not spend my life chasing employers or convincing clients endlessly. I simply kept talking about my work everywhere. Facebook. LinkedIn. Instagram. WhatsApp. I showcased my work consistently and opportunities kept coming. The world is too big to spend all your energy trying to convince one person. Learn the skill. Show the skill. Talk about the skill. Make offers consistently. If your work is valuable and enough people keep seeing it, opportunities will come.
