BAYO CHOSE SKILLS.
BOSUN CHOSE CONNECTIONS.
Both of them were smart young men.
Both of them wanted a better life.
But they chose different paths.
Bayo had no uncle in government.
No rich father.
No powerful family friend.
No “I know somebody” advantage.
So he chose the only thing nobody could take from him.
SKILLS.
He learnt digital tools.
He learnt workplace technology.
He learnt AI.
He learnt record keeping.
He learnt spreadsheets.
He learnt communication.
He learnt how modern workplaces actually work.
While other people were waiting for who would help them, Bayo was helping himself grow.
Now Bosun was different.
Bosun had connections.
And there is absolutely nothing wrong with having connections.
Connections can open doors.
Connections can create opportunities.
Connections can introduce you to rooms you normally may never enter.
But Bosun made one dangerous mistake.
He thought connections alone were enough.
His uncle got him a government job.
His father knew influential people.
Every opportunity came through recommendation.
So Bosun stopped growing.
He refused to learn new skills.
Refused to learn new software.
Refused to adapt to AI.
Refused to embrace workplace technology.
Even when his office changed systems, he still wanted to work manually.
During promotion interviews, he struggled.
Why?
Because connections can open a door.
But skills help you stay inside the room and rise higher.
Years later, something interesting happened.
Bayo kept growing.
Every new skill increased his value.
Every software he learnt made him more useful.
Every workplace tool he mastered opened another opportunity.
The same Bayo that had no connections became the person companies were searching for.
And eventually, he rose even higher than Bosun.
This is the reality many young people must understand.
Connections are good.
But skills are powerful.
And for people who have no connections, skills create a level playing ground.
A young person in Aba.
A stay at home mum in Kano.
A graduate in Uyo.
A business owner in Lagos.
Anybody can learn skills.
That is why Data Entry Academy exists.
We teach practical workplace digital skills that help people become employable, useful, confident and self reliant in just 30 days.
From AI tools to spreadsheets, Google Workspace, workplace systems, automation, communication, report writing and much more.
Because in today’s world, skills can change your life.
Now it is time to enroll in Data Entry Academy Batch 21.
Classes start on 01Aug2026.

ONE SIMPLE SOFTWARE COULD HAVE SAVED THIS BUSINESS FROM LOSING 200K DAILY
A man opened a popular lounge and bar.
Like many business owners, he was afraid of staff theft.
So he put very strict controls in place.
Every evening:
• Staff were searched before going home
• Drinks and fish were counted
• Cash was reconciled
• Inventory reports were checked thoroughly
Everything looked perfect.
No missing cash.
No missing inventory.
But the business was still leaking money everyday.
The problem?
The owner was protecting inventory.
But he was not protecting sales.
His staff discovered that drinks inside the lounge were sold at almost 4 times the normal market price.
So these boys started bringing in their own drinks secretly from outside.
Then they sold those drinks to customers inside Oga's lounge.
After sales, they removed their own money first and still balanced the company cash perfectly.
Meaning:
The business did not lose stock.
The business lost SALES.
The shocking part?
The owner would never have discovered it through ordinary reconciliation.
It was actually the SURPLUS inventory reports that exposed the fraud, when an accountant visited.
Imagine seeing extra bottles in your report everyday.
That is not always good news.
Sometimes, surplus inventory is a warning sign too.
Now imagine if this business had deployed a proper retail software system.
Every sale would have been tied directly to:
• Payment transactions
• Inventory movement
• Staff access
• Sales records
• Customer billing
The software would automatically force reconciliation of inventory. They won't be able to sell their own drinks because the sustem will show everything sold.
This is one of the reasons many business owners come to Data Entry Academy.
Not just to learn computer.
But to learn how to:
• Organize business processes
• Deploy digital systems
• Automate operations
• Improve recordkeeping
• Reduce theft and leakages
• Build businesses that can scale properly
Many businesses in Nigeria are losing money daily, not because sales are low, but because their processes are weak.
At Data Entry Academy, we teach the digital tools and workplace systems that help businesses become more organized, more accountable, and more profitable.
Now enrolling for Batch 21.
Classes start 01Aug2026.

If you are a business owner, or a business manager, you shouldn't miss next batch.
www.dea.ng
One of the very important reasons business owners and business managers come to Data Entry Academy is because they want to learn how to create, organize, and automate processes in their businesses.
Many businesses are not failing because the owners are lazy.
They are failing because the business is disorganized.
Because without proper processes:
- Record keeping becomes difficult.
- Delegation becomes confusing.
- Software becomes frustrating.
- Automation becomes almost impossible.
- And growth becomes stressful.
When a business does not have organized processes, loopholes are created.
Customers take advantage.
Suppliers take advantage.
Employees take advantage.
Money enters the business but somehow disappears.
The business owner is always tired, always chasing problems, always “running helter skelter.”
That is why we teach business processes seriously in Data Entry Academy.
We teach you how to:
- Organize your operations
- Create proper workflows
- Keep accurate records
- Use workplace software tools
- Reduce confusion in your business
- Build systems that help your business grow properly
Many people think software alone will save their business.
No.
If your processes are poor, even the best software will not work well for you.
At Data Entry Academy, we teach you the foundation first.
So if you run a business and you want structure, clarity, accountability, organization, and growth, then Batch 21 is for you.
Even if all you come to learn as a business owner in Data-Entry Academy are these 3 things:
1. Business processes
2. Record keeping
3. Essential workplace software
43,000 Naira is a small price to pay for the transformation your business can experience.

DADDY, IF I PACKAGE THIS YOUR BUSINESS, THE BANK WILL GIVE YOU A LOAN
Angela would often say to her Dad, "You work so hard but you are not organized enough for the bank to lend to you. If I package this your business, you will get a loan".
Sadly, it wasn't enough to say.
Angela needed to have the skills to do the things she was saying.
Angela's dad, Mr Ohwojero sells shoes.
He had no sales records.
He had no registered business.
He had no inventory records.
He had no corporate bank account.
He had no supplier invoices.
He had no customer invoices.
Everything was sitting in his head with no records and there was no way a bank could assess him for a loan.
But Angela knew if he could be re-organized and automated, and build a history of records, he can access funds and grow.
While thinking of how to help her dad, she knew she first had to help herself.
If she could acquire the skills needed to reorganize and automate his business, she could do it.
She went asking.
Where can I find any school that teaches beginners how to organize a business with simple technology and processes?
She asked here and there.
She got referred to Data-Entry Academy. She read the Curriculum and chatted us up.
We assured her we were the prefect school for her needs.
November 2023, Angela enrolled in Data-Entry Academy Batch 10.
She graduated in December 2023.
Even before graduation, she was asking a lot of questions in class and making a lot of improvements to her Dad's business.
Let's just cut the long story and tell you that her dad finally got a first loan of 5million.
He bought some fast moving new type of shoes and started doing much better.
Inventory is automated and well tracked.
Sales is automated.
Customer records is intact and "the business now feels like a big formal company in a small shop" Angela says.
Guess what, someone he knew for a long time offered to invest 10million in the business and have him exit the bank loan.
Would anyone have offered to invest in the old unstructured business?
No.
It's the new organized business that not only got the bank loan, but attracted their former landlord who now wants to become an investor.
Congratulations Angela.
Your story is such a beautiful one.
Joining Data-Entry Academy with a huge desire to turn your dad's business around, just with the power of new skills, is such an inspiring story.
Many people think they need money to impact a business.
Angela is one of the few who knows she needed skills to do it.
We celebrate Angela.
Just like Angela, you too can enroll in Data-Entry Academy and learn the same digital workplace skills that every business needs.

SKILLS GIVE CONFIDENCE
There is a confidence that comes from actually knowing what you are doing.
When you can:
Create spreadsheets.
Write professional emails.
Use workplace software.
Attend online meetings.
Create presentations.
Organize digital files.
Manage tasks properly.
You carry yourself differently.
Many people are not lacking intelligence.
They are lacking exposure and practical skills.
That is why some graduates enter rooms and stay quiet.
Not because they are dull.
But because they were never taught the tools the modern workplace uses.
At Data Entry Academy, we focus on practical workplace skills.
Not just theory.
We teach people how to function confidently in today’s digital world.
And something beautiful happens when people start learning these skills.
Fear reduces.
Confidence grows.
Opportunities increase.
Because skills do not just help you work, skills help you believe in yourself again.
Batch 21 is now open for enrollment.

ABOUT CONVINCING EMPLOYERS TO HIRE YOU
One of the biggest fears young people have after learning digital skills is this:
“How do I now convince employers and business owners to hire me?”
My answer is usually very simple.
Stop struggling to convince one person.
Start talking to many people.
At Data Entry Academy, we teach software tools, workplace skills and digital systems.
But beyond learning the skill, you must also learn how to position yourself so opportunities can find you.
There are 2 simple strategies that changed my life personally.
1. Talk about your work constantly
Do not hide your skills.
Post about them.
Show them.
Discuss them.
If you know how to use QuickBooks, talk about it.
If you can organize inventory with Google Sheets, talk about it.
If you can set up retail software for businesses, talk about it.
Show screenshots.
Show dashboards.
Show templates.
Show reports.
Show systems you built.
You do not need to expose confidential information before you prove competence.
Most people spend too much time trying to convince one employer privately.
Meanwhile, somebody else is publicly showcasing their work every week and attracting opportunities naturally.
Use your WhatsApp status.
Use Facebook.
Use LinkedIn.
Use Instagram.
Talk about:
• The tools you know
• The problems they solve
• The results they create
• The businesses that need them
When people repeatedly see your work, somebody will eventually message you:
“Please can you help my business too?”
That is easier than begging people to believe you are skilled.
2. Make offers
Many people are interested in your skills but afraid they cannot afford you.
So make offers publicly.
“I can set up QuickBooks for your business for ₦150,000.”
“I help small businesses organize monthly records from ₦100,000 monthly.”
“I can create a sales and inventory tracking system for your shop.”
"I can handle the admin tasks in your business remotely for ₦150,000 monthly."
When you make offers consistently, people understand:
• What you do
• Who you help
• How much it may cost
And that clarity helps them reach out faster.
Personally, these are the exact two strategies I used for over 10 years.
I did not spend my life chasing employers or convincing clients endlessly.
I simply kept talking about my work everywhere.
Facebook.
LinkedIn.
Instagram.
WhatsApp.
I showcased my work consistently and opportunities kept coming.
The world is too big to spend all your energy trying to convince one person.
Learn the skill.
Show the skill.
Talk about the skill.
Make offers consistently.
If your work is valuable and enough people keep seeing it, opportunities will come.

CLOSING THE WIDE GAP BETWEEN ACADEMIA AND THE WORKPLACE
One of the biggest shocks many Nigerians face after school is discovering that the workplace is completely different from the classroom.
You study Accounting for 4 years in school.
You draw T accounts on paper.
You solve calculations manually.
You memorize principles.
You graduate without touching accounting software.
You never filled a digital tax form.
You never managed inventory with a software tool.
You never issued an e-invoice.
Then suddenly, you get to the workplace.
The gap becomes obvious immediately.
And it is not only Accounting.
Doctors now use digital medical records systems instead of the handwritten processes many learnt in school.
Admin assistants use digital calendars, CRMs and collaboration tools.
Business owners manage sales, inventory, communication and reporting digitally.
Customer service teams use ticketing systems.
HR teams recruit with digital platforms.
Almost every profession has changed.
The truth is simple:
The academia and the marketplace are far apart.
Many graduates discover that school gave them theory, but the workplace demands practical digital skills.
And the bigger shock of that discovery is that no one is coming to save you. You must close that gap yourself.
Luckily, we came to save you.
That is the gap we created Data Entry Academy to solve.
We asked ourselves:
“What are the most common workplace software and digital systems people actually use at work?”
Then we built a school around teaching those tools in a simple and practical way.
At Data Entry Academy, we teach:
Workplace software.
Digital tools.
Practical systems.
Workplace skills.
We help people move from “I studied this course” to “I can actually function in the workplace.”
For over 20,000 people already, we have helped close that gap.
And now, enrollment is open for Batch 21 starting on 01AUG2026.
Here are 3 things you can do right now:
1. Enroll immediately for 43,000 naira.

WHEN ONE DOOR CLOSED, SHE CHOSE SKILLS INSTEAD OF PANIC
“Learning digital skills is not just for getting a job.

Blessing lost her job recently.
But instead of sitting down in fear and confusion, she made a decision to learn workplace digital skills so she can stay afloat, create another stream of income and position herself for better opportunities.

MANAGING MANY TENANTS, NOW EASIER FOR GLORIA
“Ma, at least I won’t be under pressure again.”
That line touched us deeply.
Gloria is one of our Batch 20 students at Data Entry Academy.
She works in a law firm that manages over 15 properties with many tenants across each of them. The workload became overwhelming as the properties increased.
Sending reminders.
Managing tenant records.
Issuing invoices and receipts.
Creating forms for new tenants.
Keeping information organized.
Everything was becoming stressful.
She said she practically begged her boss to enroll her in Data Entry Academy because she knew she needed digital skills to make the work easier.
And now?
She has already started using the tools we taught in class to organize tenant information, create forms, issue invoices and receipts, and improve the entire workflow in her office.
Her boss is happy.
She is relieved.
And the pressure has reduced.
This is exactly why we do what we do at Data Entry Academy.
Digital skills are not just for tech people.
They help everyday workers become faster, more organized, more valuable and more confident at work.
One small skill can completely change how you work and how people see your value.
Batch 20 already started classes a few days ago on 1st May.
Now it's time to start preparing to get into Batch 21 starting classes on 1st August 2026.
Just like Gloria, we all deserve to make our work easier.

EVEN SLOW LEARNERS CAN UNDERSTAND, AT DATA-ENTRY ACADEMY
Some people think learning digital skills is only for “fast learners”.
But that is not true.
At Data Entry Academy, we designed our teaching style for real people. People with different backgrounds. Different speeds. Different levels of exposure.
From age 14 and above, everyone can come in and actually understand what they are learning.
Just like Rosemary said, she may feel she is a slow learner, but she is understanding everything.
And that is what matters.
We do not rush you.
We do not confuse you.
We carry you along.
Our teaching style is simple and practical:
We use simple English that anybody can follow.
We give relatable examples you can connect with your daily life.
We break everything down step by step.
We use bullet points so it is easy to follow.
We give quizzes to test your understanding.
We do regular recaps so nothing is lost.
We use short videos that are easy to watch and repeat.
We design bold clear slides so you see what matters.
This is why people who have struggled to learn before finally understand when they come here.
This is our adult Montessori approach. Learn at your pace, but still move forward with clarity.
Because it is not about how fast you learn.
It is about how well you understand and apply.
And that is what we focus on every single day at Data-Entry Academy.
Today is 05May2026.
Its Day 5 for the current Batch 20 and you bet they are learning so much.
www.dea.ng
2026 CALENDAR FOR DATA-ENTRY ACADEMY
A lot of people still think Data Entry Academy runs every month.
It does not.
We run 4 focused batches in a year. One per quarter.
This is how we keep the training practical, structured, and result driven.
Here is how 2026 is arranged:
Batch 19
Started 01Feb2026
Already completed
Batch 20
Started 01May2026
Currently in session
Batch 21
Starts 01Aug2026
Coming up next
Batch 22
Starts 01Nov2026
Final batch for the year
So instead of rushing people every month, we give each batch full attention, clear learning path, and enough time to actually build real workplace skills.
Now this is where it gets important for you:
Since batches are not monthly, if you miss one, you may need to wait another 3 months.
That is why this is the best time to start your installment payments for Batch 21 and Batch 22.
You can spread your payment gently, no pressure, no stress.
Use our pay small small platform here:
www.accountinghub.com.ng
Plan ahead. Position yourself early. You can pay any amount, as many installments as you want.
Because the goal is not just to learn tools, the goal is to become ready for work and real opportunities.
And that kind of growth needs structure, not rush.
Start your installment payments today.
20 TYPES OF RETAIL BUSINESSES THAT OUR STUDENTS SERVE
Look at this list well.
The list in the image.
These are everyday businesses around you. The kind you see on your street, in your estate, on your WhatsApp status.
Now here is the interesting part.
Our students are not just learning tools for head knowledge. They are learning how to use simple retail software to support these exact businesses.
From a small shawarma spot to a busy pharmacy.
From a boutique to a bakery.
From a car wash to a poultry store.
There is work everywhere.
But many of these businesses are still struggling with:
No proper records
No clear sales tracking
No idea what is selling fast
No structure for growth
When you understand tools for record keeping, reporting, inventory, and customer tracking, you become useful immediately.
Not tomorrow. Not someday. Immediately.
That is why our students are not confused about where to start.
They already know the businesses they can serve
They already understand the problems to solve.
They already have the tools to step in and add value.
Because in today’s world, the people who win are not just those who have certificates.
It is those who can walk into any business and say “I can help you organise this, track this, and grow this.”
That is the real advantage that we offer at Data-Entry Academy.
www.dea.ng
Why do many smart people still struggle financially?
Because intelligence alone is not enough.
Many people are educated.
Many people are hardworking.
Many people have certificates.
But they were never taught how to use skills to solve problems, earn income, and create value in today’s world.
School taught many people how to pass exams.
But life rewards people who can organize work, use digital tools, communicate well, support businesses, sell themselves and get results.
That is why many smart people are still waiting for opportunities, instead of creating opportunities.
The good news is this gap can be closed.
People can learn to create opportunities for themselves by joining schools that bridge the gap between what they learnt in school and what today’s market truly needs.
When you gain practical skills that businesses need, you stop waiting helplessly and start becoming valuable.
That is what Data Entry Academy was built for.
We help people gain modern workplace skills, digital confidence, and real life earning potential in just 30 days.
Data Entry Academy Batch 20 started classes on the 1st of May.
We are allowing a few more days for serious people to still join.
You can catch up easily because all classes already taken were recorded and made available.
If you are ready to move from certificates only to practical value, this is your time.
The Academy fee is 43,000 Naira or $40.

When one smart Admin Assistant joins your business, sales can grow because someone is helping you stay organized, responsive, and consistent.
Here are 10 ways an Admin Assistant can help an online vendor sell more:
1. Follow up people who asked but did not buy
Many people need a reminder before they complete payment.
2. Follow up customers after delivery
They can ask if the customer is happy and request testimonials.
3. Publish testimonials regularly
Good reviews build trust and help new people buy faster.
4. Build a customer list daily
Saving names and contacts helps future marketing.
5. Send broadcast messages for new stock or offers
Past customers are easier to sell to than strangers.
6. Prepare monthly sales reports
Shows what sold most, what sold least, and where to focus.
7. Restock planning based on demand
So you always have more of what buyers want and less of slow moving products.
8. Respond quickly to inquiries
Fast replies increase chances of closing sales.
9. Organize orders and delivery records
Less mistakes means happier customers and repeat buyers.
10. Help the owner focus on growth
While admin work is handled, the owner can create content, source products, and plan expansion.
This is why many business owners now need skilled support staff.
At Data Entry Academy, we train people in practical workplace digital skills so they can work as Admin Assistants, Virtual Assistants, Record Keepers, and more.
One good assistant can change everything.
If you have someone you love to train, or an existing staff you love to improve, enroll them now in Data-Entry Academy.
