Flat Earth Debate | Austin Whitsitt vs Jonathan Shelley (w/ Owen Benjamin) | The Baptist Bias This will be a debate on the shape of the earth, heliocentric vs geocentric and the moon landing. Does the Bible give us any clues? What about science and history? Owen Benjamin will be moderating the discussion. I’m about an hour in so far and it’s frustrating that Austin doesn’t just completely shut down some of these ridiculous begging the question and affirming the consequent claims with absolute proof the heliocentric model is a lie. Every one of this pastor’s dumb “arguments” could have been ended immediately but he does so much getting into the weeds that a lot of it ends up being what amounts to a neutral outcome. Hopefully he’ll start bringing the big guns soon (I know he can do it because I’ve seen him do it in other debates) but so far, meh. "100 Authors against Einstein" (1931) was a collection of essays from both German and Jewish scientists which argued mathematically as well as conceptually against Einstein's relativity theory. Pfizxer charged the taxpayer an additional €48 Million per year for what should have cost €2 million per year. •Pfizer agreed to pay $430 Million in 2004 to settle criminal charges that it had bribed doctors to prescribe its epilepsy drug Neurontin for indications for which it was not approved. •In 2011, a jury found Pfizer committed racketeering fraud in its marketing of the drug Neurontin.
