" ኑሮ ውድነቱ መፍትሄ ይሻል። መፍትሄ እንሻለን " - የኢሰማኮ ፕሬዝዳንት ካሳሁን ፎሎ‼️ የኢትዮጵያ ሰራተኞች ማህበራት ኮንፌዴሬሽን (ኢሰማኮ) ከኑሮ ውድነት ጋር ተያይዞ የስራ ግብር እንዲቀነስ ፤ የዝቅተኛ ደመወዝ ወለል የሚወስን የደመወዝ ቦርድ እንዲቋቋም እየሰራ መሆኑ ይታወቃል። የኢሰማኮ ፕሬዝዳንት ካሳሁን ፎሎ ከኑሮ ውድነቱ አንፃር የዘገየው የሰራተኞች ዝቅተኛ የደሞዝ ወለል እና የግብር ቅነሳ ምላሽ ማግኘት እንዳለበት ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ገልፀዋል። " አሁንም #በቀን_አንድ_ጊዜ ብቻ በልቶ ለመዋል የሚቸገር ሰራተኛ ነው ያለው " ያሉት አቶ ካሳሁን ሰራተኛው ካለው ገቢ አንፃር ችግሩ የሰፋ እንደሆነ አስረድተዋል። እነዚህ ጥያቄዎች #በአዎንታዊ_መልኩ መታየት እንዳለባቸው ጠቁመዋል። አቶ ካሳሁን " ዝቅተኛ የደሞዝ ወለል በሚመለከት ስራና ክህሎት ሚኒስቴር የዝቅተኛ የደሞዝ ወለል የሚወስን ቦርድ የሚቋቋምበት ደምብ ላይ ጥናት ማድረጋቸውን በቅርቡ አሳውቀውናል " ሲሉ ተናግረዋል። የኑሮ ውድነት በጣም አሳሳቢ እየሆነ በመምጣቱ ሰራተኛው ችግር ውስጥ መግባቱን የጠቆሙት ፕሬዝዳንቱ " ትክክለኛ ግብር ከፋይ ሰራተኛው ነው። ለመንግስት ቀኝ እጁ በሚከፍለው ግብር ሰራተኛው ነው። የግብር ቅነሳው አንድ እና ሁለት የለውም ዘግይቷል " ሲሉ ጠቁመዋል። አቶ ካሳሁን ፤ ሚያዚያ 23 ቀን በኢትዮጵያ ለ49ኛ ጊዜ በሚከበረው ዓለም አቀፉ የሠራተኞች ቀን (ሜይዴይ) አዳራሽ ውስጥ እንደሚከበር አሳውቀዋል። " አሁንም ቢሆን ባልተመለሱልን ጉዳዮች ላይ ነው የምንወያየው። የቀኑ መሪ ቃል ' ለሰላም እና ለኑሮ ውድነት መፍትሄ እንሻለን ' የሚል ነው  ብለዋል። " የሰላም ችግር አለ። ሰራተኞች በአንዳንድ ቦታዎች ይታገታሉ ፣ ይሞታሉ " ያሉት አቶ ካሳሁን ፎሎ ፤ " ይሄ እስከ መቼ ይቀጥላል ? ማንኛውም ማህበረሰብ ላይ እንደሚደርሰው ጉዳት ሁሉ ሰራተኛውም ላይ እየደረሰ ነው ፤ ስለዚህ ለሰላም መፍትሄ መምጣት አለበት " ሲሉ መልዕክታቸውን አስተላልፈዋል።
