GST Teaser: I subscribed a foreign based App. Price was $95.4 + applicable GST. I made the payment from my credit card but I was charged exactly $ 95.4. Can you tell me why I was not charged GST?

Guys, I know many of you are disheartened and rightly so. Only a stone can remain unmoved by such criminal negligence. However, as stated in the Live YT discussion, many times Life is Not fair and we have to learn to fight these injustice through our perseverance and hard work in smart way. If you spend too much time on this, you will loose precious time. Now what to do? 1) Increase the target marks you have set for each paper by 10 marks and prepare accordingly. 2) Be mentally prepared that rules of the game is not fair and we can win this war only by making our exam preparation rock solid. 3) All adjustment of Tax must be supported by relevant short notes. 4) ICAI marks nahi Dene wala to chheen ke lenge. You are a warrior. Remember, what can't kill you, makes you stronger 💪

It's so sad to see that ICAI is not improving it's standard of checking at all. It's frustrating as Teacher and Student that despite being correct, some idiot has the audacity to mark them incorrect. I am not talking about theory questions, where language play lots of role. But if ICAI evaluators can't evaluate numbers correctly, it reflects very poorly on Institute and it's quality.

Guys, the answer will be 15,000 as section 80E simply states 'Any interest paid by Assessee in a PY'. Congratulations to 59% who got it correct. Those who did not get it right this time, will bring another soon. All the best 😊👍👍
