Life is harsh , a lot especially for humble and middle class youth in India , where the opportunities to shine are restricted by many hurdles and challenges . It's easier said than done to move on by writing a few quotes or giving examples . You will hate yourself for a few days ,curse yourself,cry loud , don't want to eat . That all would happen ,but was it your fault ? An institution makes paper every year different and searches for meritorious students from that , with a Russian roulette. An institution never disclosed a single copy of how they check copies and give marks , not even parameters. An institution which gives IIT kanpur gold medalists and Youth scientists -136 in interviews. Is it your fault ? I don't think so , and I am quite clear when I am saying this Does it mean ,I am telling you to quit , no i am not. I am just telling you to chase this if you have energy ,time and resources ,but do think about a plan b if you already exhausted 2 attempts , because it becomes harder to come out of this endless cycle when our attempt increases And your health is the most precious thing that you have got . In the age of social media , a government car , background song , a poor person makes everyone feel that this only the world and the rest are fools doing nothing . This is extremely far from reality. Our middle class upbringing made us feel so ,not our mistake in this . But this is our life and we have all the rights to be selfish to make it better . And your brother, friend ,mentor ,whatever you think me is with you . Your IRON MAN

Congratulations to all those who have cleared prelims. The real battle starts now. You got this opportunity out of more than 5 lakh people. You should put all your efforts and get a good score in mains. You all can reach out to me anytime. Now my actual concern is those who are not able to make it. I know this is a tough pill to swallow especially those who have worked very hard. Remember one thing, some failures benefit us more than that of success. If Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam would have succeeded in getting into the pilot, we would have not seen DRDO. If Amitabh Bhachan had succeeded as radio host, we would have missed a super star. So, some failures actually open up our real talents. Life is too big. We will see many events that are much bigger than these exams. You will see bigger happiness movements and painful events in your life. You will get married and share love with your partner, you will see losing close people. That's life. You will realise later how small these worries are when you experience these events. All the wealth, fame, status that you earn vanish when you die. Nothing matters in the end. But to lead a comfortable life you need money, you need good people. This can be earned in different ways. People who realise this and have a positive sight will always be happy. Nothing is permanent in life. We forget success and failures when you move on into other things. In the end what matters is to be happy, take care of yourself and your family, contribute something to society, be humble and truthful to what you do. All these give you immense pleasure. When you develop this attitude, you will achieve Nirvana in life as said by Buddha. We are bound to reach our destinies sooner or later, within UPSC or outside of it. Life goes on....
