Live Ticking P&L is coming — We need your help We are finally adding live ticking P&L to the platform. But we need the correct P&L formula for your broker's position book API to accurately calculate pnl. Please send this to your broker's API support team: --- I am using position book api. I want to calculate live ticking P&L because sending too many get position requests is not ideal. Please share: 1. The exact P&L formula you use. The formula must use only columns from your position book API response. Please map each part of the formula to the corresponding response field. 2. I am more keen about overnight derivative positions calculation which requires weighted average calculation. Please explain overnight quantity and average buy/sell price — or the closest available fields. --- Forward their reply to us and we will take it from there.

🚀 System Update - 12th May (tonight) 1. Login failure handling - If a broker account is continuously failing login, then system will automatically mark it non-live. Users are expected to resolve the login issue (mostly by updated the credentials or token etc.) & then mark the account LIVE.

Angel One - Request to support IPv6 Dear Angel One users, the static IPv4 proxies will never be as reliable and fast as the IPv6 solution. Hence, the only solution to this problem is that your broker supports IPv6. Please email/escalate or comment on this ticket to have it supported. Recent Updates (May 5–8, 2026) - Sharekhan broker integration - Market order protection: Zerodha API, Fyers & IIFL Markets will now use broker's auto conversion - MarketWatch tab renamed: MarketWatch 2 is now simply "MarketWatch"; the legacy MW is available as "MW Classic" for those who still need it. - Trade screen layout: Form and account tables widened, depth ladder wraps at a larger breakpoint — more space for trading on bigger screens. - My Proxies page overhaul: IP resolution with diagnostic messages, color-coded validation results, delete protection for in-use proxies, and edit invalidation warnings for linked accounts. - BYOIP improvements: Proxy lookup now uses live data instead of a cached snapshot; proxy IP address is logged in activity logs during BYOIP login for auditability. IMP - Auto Conversion of MARKET orders to LIMIT (changes planned) Please note that following broker platforms support this feature built-in so we will make changes on our side to make sure our system does not do auto-conversion for these brokers. The reason for this is an assumption that broker's auto-conversion will be more reliable than any outside vendor's implementation. Platforms: 1. Zerodha (API) 2. Fyers API 3. IIFL (Markets API) If any of the other brokers that you use does support auto-conversion, please report it to us so that we can exclude those brokers. These changes will go live from Monday (11th May).

This is extremely important now considering live prices are crucial for converting MARKET orders to LIMIT orders. 2. Profitmart symbols - Improvements to handle download errors from Profitmart

An update on our support model Trading costs have gone up — brokerages, taxes etc. Our goal is the opposite: keep your platform subscription as low as possible. Today we charge ₹295–495 per account. Other similar platforms (with static IP) charge around ₹1,000. As our user base grows, our plan is to lower prices further — not raise them. To keep this sustainable, here is a small change in how we handle support: Free, as always: - Reporting any bug or issue — no limit - Fixing confirmed platform bugs - Help docs, FAQs, and in-app guidance Paid (case-by-case): - One-on-one help on topics already covered in our docs - Investigations where the root cause is unclear (our system vs. broker) For paid support work, we will share a fee estimate before starting, based on the time and effort involved. You decide whether to go ahead. Our promise: If we charge for an investigation and the issue turns out to be a bug on our side, we refund 200% of what you paid. What is coming: We are investing in better in-app guidance, clearer error messages, broker status pages, and stronger automation — so common issues get solved without anyone needing to write in. Our goal is to keep bringing down the cost of support over time. Keeping the subscription this low is only possible because most users need very little hands-on support. 🎧 Support Policy Update Our goal is to keep support services free whenever possible. However, we must implement the following logic: 1️⃣ Free Support: Covers system-wide issues and platform bugs. 2️⃣ Paid/Restricted Support: Support may incur a fee—or be unavailable—in cases involving: • Failure to follow pre-documented instructions. • Technical issues on the _broker's side._ • External API or vendor failures. > Note: It is not our job to compensate for the lack of skills or technical issues within a broker's own support team. New Update - Broker Account Owners This feature allows the Broker/Trading Account Owners to do the following: - Recharge the account - Live/Non-Live the account needed for compliance Menu: (Accounts -> Owners) Note: Many users shared a feedback that they had to remember account recharges & it was additional work for them. With this feature, now your customers or account owners can take care of recharging.
