I said upsc preparation and taking care of provisional store with my father and the questions taken its course in the business area. 2. how is business in the corona times? Has your employees left the place? 3. is e commerce a threat to your business? 4. In many traditional businesses why dont the parents like their children to come to business? 5. Can we let the market forces to determine the fate of these businesses or should we have special intervention? 6. if one business you want to hold tight and dont want it die its natural course what would that be? Why? 7. why tamil literature ? Is it because it is high scoring? 8. who is favourite writer in tamil and why? M1: 1. if you let market forces rule over everything like traditional occupations would we not lose our heritage?(he said about handloom in kancheepuram as an example)? 2.whats your view about bimaru states? 3. which bimaru state will develop fast in the present scenario? member 2: 1.what motivational videos do you watch? 2. If mumbai terror attacks (they came through sea) happened anywhere in the long tamilnadu coast , what help would fishermen community would have done to thwart the attack? 3.would they have helped?(It was like wheteher fishermen is happy with govt or not kind of question)? 4. coastal hazards in general and the effects for the fishing community? (since they live very close to sea and are they prepared for the hazards – this was the clarification he gave me) 5. as an administrator if you are asked to change one thing what thing will you change? I said political recall should be made as a part of policy but I later found thats out of scope for the question asked. member 3: 1. have you been to vivekananda memorial? (I bluffed saying are you saying the one near marina beach in chennai and they clarified that with a smile that he is saying about kanyakumari) - I said no idea 2. who is the tall person standing ? 3. why he is so famous in tamilnadu? 4. what is katchatheevu issue ? What rights do indian fishermen have over there now? 5. why fishermen killings in indian waters near srilanka? Who is responsible for that? Member 4 1. do you think tamilnadu is in the top of development as in 20 years before? Why it cannot continue that path?(why its growth is not in the top one or two) 2. what is the per capita income in tamilnadu? 3. differentiate between artificial intelligence and machine learning? 4. how could it be used in governance? 5. what is vocal for local and think global act local? 6. when was they unveiled?( I said both unveiled in atmanirbhar bharat but he clarified the second was in globalisation era) 7. can machines replace humans in governance?(I said cannot because of empathy) 8. why cant empathy be infused in to machines? Chair: 1. if empathy is shown in lower office in government why so many petitions come directly to district collectors? 2. then are you saying machines can become a substitute for government officers? (I said institutions and processes like grievance redressal and feedback loops if properly enforced this can be thwarted and still I feel empathy is the hallmark of humans not machines). Thank you your interview is over. I smiled warmly and wished them and came back happily. So comfortable smiling members and chairperson , very receptive never troubled much. Nice experience.
