How would you keep the morale of your team members high? M2: - Why is Indian bureaucracy criticised/accused of being status quoist? What one can do when it’s all in the hands of political class? Do we need a committed bureaucracy in India? Why not? M3: - ToT model in CE? Feasible for all kind of road projects? What’s HAM? How much time period? Where to get finances from? How to make less viable roads more viable? M4: - NPAs estimated by RBI governor to be 14.7% by next year, what can we do to prevent that? Evergreening isn’t good?
