To all aspirants here Ek chiz smjho..ye pta sabko rehta hai...but hum execute nhi kr paate......dar .stress.. anxiety always hppns wen we r in future mentally...NVR in present...the kind of exam like upsc mein ye bhut norml hai ki hga. Yahan pe tumhe ye krna h ..ki think of yourself jst like other aspirants...har aspirant goes through stress in preparation ... Be smart to understand ki pressure to aaega. Stress aaega .aane do ..koi tension nhi .pdhai chlti rhe bs...it is all jst a part of exam .. Main thing is being in present... Har stress nd anxiety ka ek concrete solution is Action....positive actions counter negative thoughts... So stdy more. Keep taking breaks and cheat days.... Be clear nd confident with your strategy...aur abhi clarity nhi h to don't worry .clarity comes with time ..so jst be patient ...jaise jaise u will keep stdying confidence badhega...kal ko wen u will be DM...tab ise bade pressures aaenge ..exam preparation is jst like a training to your mind to grow mentally. Lol..Kaafi Gyan de dia.... but keep it with u always . These things will help u in long run
