Southern Virginia here, gonna take y'all's word for it and buy ammo and aluminum mags Friday. Are NVG really that big of a necessity? I know Ive been a sperg about them the last few days but I can either dump my money into NVG and have 1 combat load in my plates and a reload (so 600 rounds of rifle then 1k rounds of pistol) or dump my money over a stretch of ammo, magazines, emp bag, Geiger counter, quality battle belt, heirloom seeds, bushcraft gear, cold weather clothes, etc. I mean I have 5k saved so it's not like I'll go broke I was just going to wait two months hit 9k then buy analog NVG, i have digital NVG but thatll only help me against local meth heads or low tech invaders not against the Taliban 2.0 whi have analog
