🔰PART C #Sahaba_series 🔵 He stopped calling the ‘Athan’: After the death of Prophet Mohammad ﷺ Bilal رضي الله عنه never felt the same again. A day after the Prophet’s ﷺ death, Bilal (R.A.)went to make the usual Adhan for morning prayer. While giving the Adhan, he broke down & steams of tears began to roll freely down his cheeks. He managed to finish the rest of the Adhan in a low voice. After that, Bilal رضي الله عنهstopped calling the Adhan in Madinah. 🔵During Caliphate of Abu Bakr and Umar رضي الله عنه Abu Bakr Siddiiq رضي الله عنه took the command of the Muslims after the death of Prophet ﷺ Bilal (R.A.), who felt oppressed in Madinah without the Prophet ﷺ went to Abu Bakr (R.A.) & requested him that he wanted to join the Muslim Army who were fighting for the cause of Islam. Abu Bakr (R.A.) requested Bilal (R.A.) to stay in Madinah for some time as he badly needed Bilal’s help in many matters. After hearing Abu Bakr’s (R.A.) request, Bilal (R.A.) decided to stay in Madinah during the caliphate of Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه 🔵When Umar bin Khattab رضي الله عنه took over as Caliphate after the death of Abu Bakr (R.A.), in spite of being quite old, Bilal (R.A.) requested Caliph's permission to allow him to join Muslim Army and fight for the cause of Allah. Umar (R.A.) tried hard to keep him back but Bilal (R.A.) would not listen. So Umar (R.A.) had to grant his request and Bilal (R.A.) joined the Syrian Campaign. Bilal’s رضي الله عنه last Adhan was during the caliphate of Umar رضي الله عنه when he visited Syria. The Muslims requested Umar (R.A.) to persuade Bilal (R.A.) to call one Adhan for them. Caliph Umar (R.A.) called Bilal (R.A.) when it was time for Prayer & requested him to call Adhan as he was used to do during the golden days of Prophet ﷺ. Bilal (R.A.) rose and call Adhan. When Bilal (R.A.) was calling the Adhan, all Muslims started weeping like children. 🔵His Death: While on death bed, Bilal’s (R.A.) wife cried and said, ‘What a painful affliction’, to which Bilal (R.A.) replied, "What a great joy; Tomorrow I will meet with my loved ones, Mohammad ﷺ and his companions.” It is believed that Bilal رضي الله عنه died in Syria between 638 and 642AD. Imam Al-Suyuti in his book ‘Tarikh al-Khulafa’ writes: “He (Bilal) died in Damascus when he was just over sixty years old.” Others are of the opinion that he died in Madinah. ALLAH knows best. Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله: "When Allah granted Prophet Yusuf (`alayhis-salaam) physical beauty - it caused him to be locked up in the prison; but when Allah granted him knowledge (when he interpreted the dream of the king) it not only took him out of prison, but elevated his rank in society; clearly showing us the virtue of knowledge and that physical beauty does not mean anything." There is a beautiful sunnah many of us have forgotten. Let’s revive it and earn lots of rewards insha’Allah! The Prophet Sallal'lahu Alaihi Wa sallam said: ◾️If anyone performs ablution like that of mine and offers a two-rak’at prayer during which he does not think of anything else then his past sins will be forgiven. (Al-Bukhari) ⛔️Action : Pray two voluntary rak’ahs after your wudu and inspire others too! Sahih al-Bukhari 159 Book 4, Hadith 25 @Islam_Is_Wayof_MyLife

🔷 Staying Spiritually Healthy 🔵Keep focused. Our goal is achieving Allah’s pleasure and acceptance. All sinful activities are a barrier to it. Leave them now. 🔵 Remind ourselves that Allah, Most High being the Sovereign authority in charge (al-Hakim) has all the right to do with us as He wants. No one can question it. We being His slaves have to accept it. However, at the same time we must remember that He is Wise (al-Hakeem) and whatever He does certainly has something beneficial for us. We may not be able to acknowledge this right away but this is for sure. 🔵 Disconnect with news and social media to a greater extent. Set limits. Check these twice per day just to keep updated and motivated. 🔵 Connect with Allah. Make dua. Ask Allah for safeguard from all our apprehensions. This can even be non-verbal in mind & heart. 🔵Keep up with our daily ma’moolaat (routine). The dhikr, recitations of Holy Quran, Munajat e Maqbool, tasbihat, recommended books. Even under normal circumstances one has to force him/herself to do these. Please remember that this is not easy. This is the daily mujahidda (spiritual struggle) required. 🔵Make excessive shukr (gratitude) of Allah. Remind ourselves of all the blessings we have right now, like physical & mental health, food, water, shelter, family & loved ones, accessibility to healthcare etc. and make shukr for each and every of them individually. Allah has promised that gratitude insures and increases the blessing. 🔵Use our time wisely. Each moment of our life is priceless. Do not let it waste in useless activities. Do your job. Learn. Read. Write. Cook. Workout. Be busy. May Allah protect us all and keep us steadfast in these challenging time. بجاہ سید المرسلین حبیبک صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم آمین! @Islam_Is_Wayof_MyLife

Remember Allah... ∆لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير،،،، ∆سبحان الله وبحمده سبحان الله العظيم،،،، Keep on saying....

The Messenger of Allāh صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ said: “Certainly, the servant may utter a word thoughtlessly [not understanding its repercussions] and as a result of this, he will fall down, into the Hell-fire from a distance greater than the distance between the east and the west.” Saheeh al-Bukhāri, 6477 | Saheeh Muslim 2988 | Muttafaq ‘Alay Translation: Authentic Quotes

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗵 🔵 Abandoning a Salah intentionally is a sin, even bigger than committing adultery, robbery and consuming alcohol according to Islamic Shari’ah. 🔵There are people who do not offer their prayers at all; while some others offer only Friday prayers and the two Eids & they rarely offer the five daily prayers. What is the view of Shari’ah in the light of the Holy Qur’an and Hadith about such people? 🔷Then came after them the successors who neglected Salah and followed (their selfish) desires. So they will soon face (the outcome of their) deviation”, (Surah Maryam: v. 59). 🔷“What has brought you to Saqar? (Hell). They will say, .We were not among those who offered Salah, (obligatory prayer)”, (Surah al-Muddathir: vv. 42, 43). 🔵The noteworthy point is that the first reason of being brought into the Hell, as explained by its people, is abandoning Salah. That is because, Salah is the most significant & fundamental pillar of Islam binding upon every Muslim after faith 🔷“So, Woe to those performers of Salah, who are neglectful of their Salah”, (Suraha al -Ma’un: vv. 4, 5). 🔵This verse refers to those who either do not perform Salah at all or they used to pray, but got neglectful of it later, they just perform when their heart allows or after proper timing. All such people are covered by this verse. The performers of Salah should, therefore, avoid all sorts of neglectfulness. 🔷“… and they (the hypocrites) do not come to the Salah but lazily, and do not spend but without volition, (Surah al-Taubah: v. 54). 🔷Thus, performing Salah with laziness is accounted as a sign of hypocrites. 🔵Prophet ﷺ is reported to have said: “The distinctive factor between us (believers) and them (disbelievers) is Salah. So whoever abandons it, has committed disbelief”, (Musnad Ahmad, Sunan Abi Dawood, Sunan Nasai, Sunan Tirmidhi & Sunan Ibne Majah). 🔵 Prophet ﷺ said: “Do not abandon Salah intentionally, for whoever abandons Salah intentionally gets out of the fold of Islam”, (Al-Tabrani). 🔵 Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever memorizes the Qur’an and forgets it and whoever remains sleeping and abandons Salah, there head will be crushed with stone (on the Day of Judgment)”, (Sahih Bukhari). 🔵 Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever leaves three Friday prayers through negligence, Allah will seal his heart, (Sunan Nasai & Sunan Tirmidhi) 🔵Prophet ﷺ said: "For its votary, on the Day of Judgment, Salah will be a light for him, an argument in his favor, and a means of deliverance. Whereas, there will be no light, no defense, no deliverance from doom for him who does not guard his Salah and he shall meet the fate of Fir'aun, Hamaan, and Ubay bin Khalaf", (Sahih Ibne Hibban, Musnad Ahmad, Tabrani & Baihaqi). 🔵Salah is the head of Islam & savior from the hellfire adhere to Salah like you are departing from this dunya at any moment. Perform Salah before it is performed upon you. May Allah enable us all to stay highly careful of Salah, Ameen! #Salah @unitefordeen

〰️🌧〰️ «فإنّ مَن زاد ذكره لله، وتلاوته لكتابه: زاد إيمانه، ومَن ترك الذكر الواجب بلسانه: نقص إيمانه» 📚فتح الباري شرح صحيح البُخاريّ، للحافظ ابن رجب(٩/١) ═════════════ «Indeed whoever increases his remembrance of Allah, And recitation of his book: his Eman increases, And whoever leaves the obligatory remembrance that’s due upon his tongue, His Eman decreases« Fatul Bari Shar Sahee Al-Bukari Ibn Rajab (1/9) Guide us Ya Allah...🤲🏻❤️

Rasulullah ﷺ said: "The real bankrupt of my Ummah would be he who would come on the Day of Resurrection with prayers, fasting, and charity, (but he will find himself bankrupt on that day) because he insulted others, slander others, consumed wealth illegally, shed the blood of others, and beat others; so his good deeds would be given to the account of those (who suffered at his hand). If his good deeds fall short to clear the account, their sins would be entered into his accountand he would be thrown in the Fire." [1] 💢Ever wonder why isn't this person just straight away get thrown into the Fire? Why is there a process of his good deeds getting transferred to others, and the sins of others being transferred to his account? 💢One of the reasons is so that this person feels anguish, feels pain, feels so much regret in seeing all those mountains of good deeds of his that he did day in and day out, month after month, year after year to be simply given away. And for the oppressed to be given the satisfaction of witnessing the justice being dealt for them. 💢Subhana Allah this is such a scary hadith. May Allah SWT protect us from becoming oppressors in this dunya, and from ever becoming bankrupt in the akhirah. Post frm (@unitefordeen)
