Do this three times 🎈Recite Ayatalkursi (Those who recites ayatalkursi before sleeping he will safe from the whispers of shaytan till the morning) 📓Recite Last two verses of Surah Baqarah (Those who recite 2 verses of surah baqra it's enough for him) *"آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ رَبِّهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ كُلٌّ آمَنَ بِاللهِ وَمَلَائِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِنْ رُسُلِهِ وَقَالُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ ۞ لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا مَا اكْتَسَبَتْ رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِنْ نَسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَا إِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِنَا رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا أَنْتَ مَوْلَانَا فَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ* ---------------------------- بِاسْمِكَ رَبِّي وَضَعْتُ جَنْبِي، وَبِكَ أَرْفَعُهُ، فَإِنْ أَمْسَكْتَ نَفْسِي فَارْحَمْهَا، وَإِنْ أَرْسَلْتَهَا فَاحْفَظْهَا، بِمَا تَحْفَظُ بِهِ عِبَادَكَ الصَّالِحِينَ (1) ---------------------------- 📌 اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ خَلَقْتَ نَفْسِي وَأَنْتَ تَوَفَّاهَا، لَكَ مَمَاتُهَا وَمَحْيَاهَا، إِنْ أَحْيَيْتَهَا فَاحْفَظْهَا، وَإِنْ أَمَتَّهَا فَاغْفِرْ لَهَا. اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَافِيَةَ( 1) ---------------------------- 📌 اللَّهُمَّ قِنِي عَذَابَكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَكَ   ( 3 ) "O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the day Your servants are resurrected. [three times]" ---------------------------- 📌 سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ (33) How Perfect Allah is ---------------------------- 📌  الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ (33) All praise is for Allah ---------------------------- 📌   اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ (34) Allah is the greatest. [thirty-four times]" ---------------------------- 📌 اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمَاوَاتِ السَّبْعِ وَرَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ، رَبَّنَا وَرَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ، فَالِقَ الْحَبِّ وَالنَّوَى، وَمُنْزِلَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَالْإِنجِيلِ، وَالْفُرْقَانِ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ أّنْتَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتهِ. اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ الأَوَّلُ فَلَيْسَ قَبْلَكَ شَيْءٌ، وَأَنْتَ الْآخِرُ فَلَيْسَ بَعْدَكَ شَيْءٌ، وَأَنْتَ الظَّاهِرُ فَلَيْسَ فَوْقَكَ شَيْءٌ، وَأَنْتَ الْبَاطِنُ فَلَيْسَ دُونَكَ شَيْءٌ، اقْضِ عَنَّا الدَّيْنَ وَأَغْنِنَا مِنَ الْفَقْرِ (1) ---------------------------- 📌 الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنَا وَسَقَانَا، وَكَفَانَا، وَآوَانَا، فَكَمْ مِمَّنْ لاَ كَافِيَ لَهُ وَلاَ مُؤْوِيَ(1) ---------------------------- 📌 اللَّهُمَّ عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ فَاطِرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ، رَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَمَلِيكَهُ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ، أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِي، وَمِنْ شَرِّ الشَّيْطَانِ وَشِرْكِهِ، وَأَنْ أَقْتَرِفَ عَلَى نَفْسِي سُوءاً، أَوْ أَجُرَّهُ إِلَى مُسْلِمٍ(1) ---------------------------- 🍬Sleep in a state of wudu   🛏 Clean the bed 💌 Sleep on right side keeping right  hand below the cheek. 🎀Sleep with a clean heart. 🔮 Then recite dua *بِاسْمِكَ اللَّهُمَّ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا* ( 1) Bismikallahumma 'amootu wa 'ahyaa "In Your name O Allah, I live and die." ⛱️ ﷽ ⛱️ ✨ *_How The Prophet ﷺ Responded In The Face Of Trauma_* ✨ *....continued✍🏻* Despite their insults and mockery, the Prophet ﷺ remained dignified and responded, “Very well. If you have rejected my Message, then at least do not inform the Quraysh of my visit.” Despite being rejected in the vilest manner, the Prophet ﷺ remained in Ta’if for another week, spreading his Message to the common folk. Despite the Prophet’s ﷺ efforts, even the masses rejected the call, and nobody converted. Eventually, there were some people who were warming to the idea, which worried the Chieftains. In retaliation, they ordered mobs to physically attack the Prophet ﷺ. They viciously pelted the Prophet ﷺ, and despite Zayd’s efforts to protect him ﷺ, they were both bloodied and bruised from head to toe. They escaped the city and continued until eventually they sat under at tree for shade and respite. ‘A’ishah رضي الله عنها once asked the Prophet ﷺ, “Was there a day more difficult for you than the day of Uḥud?” She asked about the Battle of Uhud because the Prophet ﷺ was moments from death; his tooth was knocked out; his face was cut by an arrow; and his lip was hit by a rock and was bleeding profusely. It was perhaps the most critical moment in the entire sirah, as he ﷺ was one arrow away from death. Nevertheless, the Prophet ﷺ responded, “Yes. Indeed, your people hurt me greatly, and the worst of it was on the Day of ʿAqabah (i.e., the incident at Ta’if). On that day, I presented to ʿAbd Yalil, Mas’ud, and Habib and they did not respond to me in the way I wanted.
