⛱️ ﷽ ⛱️ ✨ *_How The Prophet ﷺ Responded In The Face Of Trauma_* ✨ After the death of his beloved uncle, Abu Talib, the Prophet ﷺ began searching for sustainable options outside Mecca. His reluctance to do so for so many years despite the increasing hardships truly demonstrates the Prophetic method of patience and perseverance. The Prophet ﷺ took inspiration from Prophets before him, such as Nuh عليه السلام who gave da’wah to his people for 950 years. However, without political protection, the Prophet’s life was in imminent danger, and thus hijrah was imperative. The closest significant city to Mecca was Ta’if. Between tensions and peace treaties, the two competing cities enjoyed a love-hate relationship. The people of Ta’if were intimately aware of the people of Mecca, and vice versa. Ta’if was therefore an ideal base for the Prophet ﷺ to explore. He ﷺ took Zayd ibn Harithah رضي الله عنه and covertly travelled to Ta’if on foot so as not to arouse suspicion. They walked for two days and met with the leaders of Ta’if, three brothers who ruled the tribe of Thaqif in unison: ʿAbd Yalil, Mas’ud, and Habib. The Prophet ﷺ presented the Message of Islam but all three brothers rejected the call with utmost contempt, disrespect, and disdain. One of them replied, “If Allah chose you to be a Prophet, then I might as well tear down the curtains of the Ka’bah [in remorse].” The other added, “Has Allah not found anyone better than you?” And the third said, “I cannot speak to you because if you really are a Prophet, you are too holy for me, and if you are a liar, then you are too beneath me to deserve a response.” *...to be continued ✍🏻* WhatsApp- Contact Admin Gemofjannah98 Telegram- http://T.me/Gemsofjannah98 Instagram- gemsofjannah_98

⚜️🤎 Send lots of Salawat upon the Prophet 🤎⚜️ Sending ṣalāwat upon the Prophet ﷺ on Friday is better than on the rest of the days, and its night (Thursday night) is the best of nights. He ﷺ said, “Among the best of your days is Friday, so frequently send ṣalāh upon me therein.” Shaykh Abdel Aziz AlTarefe #reminders #friday @Gemsofjannah98

اَلسَّـــــلامُ عَلَــيــْكُمْ وَرَحْمَـــةُاللهِ وَبَرَكَــاتُهُ🌸 أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ 🌸 💓 Importance & Benefits of Following Sunnah of Prophet (PBUH) 💕 Allah SWT said in Quran 33:21 Certainly, you have an excellent example in the Messenger of Allâh for one who looks forward [with hope and awe] to Allâh and the Last Day and who remembers Allâh again and again. From above verse and the verses mentioned before, we can understand that the knowledge Allah SWT gave to the prophet (PBUH) is not just the Qu’ran. This was explained in the Hadith narrated by Al-Miqdam ibn Ma’dikarib: The Prophet (PBUH) said: Beware! I have been given the Qur’an and something like it, yet the time is coming when a man replete on his couch will say: Keep to the Qur’an; what you find in it to be permissible treat as permissible, and what you find in it to be prohibited treat as prohibited.’ But what God’s messenger has prohibited is like what God has prohibited.) [Abu Dawud transmitted it, and Darimi transmitted something similar] It was narrated by Abu Hurairah that the prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: (I have left amongst you two matters, you will never go astray as long as you hold onto them, the Book of Allah and my Sunnah.) [Al Tamhid of Ibn ‘Abdul Barr vol. 6 pg. 451 under the chapter Balaghiyyat.]. In this Hadith, we can understand the importance of following the Sunnah, which is simply anything the prophet did, taught, or approved in his lifetime. And as mentioned in verse 21 from chapter 33 in Quran following Sunnah can help us to reach a higher place in Jannah and can get us closer to Allah. It’s not an obligation for most of it, but those who follow it will be highly rewarded. Sunnah can be a Dua’a you make before you sleep, or when you travel or saying bism’Allah (by the name of Allah) before you eat or before you enter your home, or a prayer you make when you enter a Masjid, it could be a way of walking, or drinking (drinking while you’re sitting), or saluting your neighbors and friends by the saying Assalam alikom. Sunnah is taken from Hadiths which were delivered to us by the Sahaba who recorded everything the prophet said or done, even the brief moment of silence in prayers before ruku (kneeling), and collected by scholars who came after them. Unfortunately, nowadays there are some people who try to dismiss the Sunnah by rejecting the Hadith by saying we only follow the Quran, just as the prophet warned us in this Hadith. But if they try to read the Qur’an and try to understand it they will see that Allah ordered us to follow the prophet and his Sunnah in many verses of the Qur’an.
