That’s what I’m talmbout. Tonight I made tempura, cooked in rice oil, strictly with the fruits of my garden: banana peppers, eggplant, onions, Japanese pumpkin and zucchini. I thought for sure I’d made too much because we had taco leftovers as well, but not a single morsel was left on the plate by the end of dinner. Had half of one of those watermelons for dessert. Also, in addition to massive success with the pumpkins, these are the first watermelons I’ve successfully grown to size after years of trying. Good thing I didn’t give up after a few failures, and my garden provides more every season. God is good and if you put in the work He provides an endless bounty of wonderful food. @AltSkull48
