The United Nations declared 10 December as Human Rights Day in 1950, the purpose of which is to make people around the world aware of the importance of human rights and to give the message of being vigilant towards its observance. हर वर्ष 10 दिसंबर को दुनियाभर में ‘अंतरराष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार दिवस’ मनाया जाता है। संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने 1950 में 10 दिसंबर को मानवाधिकार दिवस घोषित किया था, जिसका उद्देश्य विश्वभर के लोगों को मानवाधिकारों के महत्व के प्रति जागरूक करना और इसके पालन के प्रति सजग रहने का संदेश देना है।   ➼  The Government of India has appointed Revenue Secretary ' Sanjay Malhotra' as the next Governor of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Sanjay Malhotra is a 1990 batch Rajasthan cadre IAS officer. He studied engineering from IIT Kanpur and did his masters from Princeton University . Sanjay Malhotra will take charge as the new Governor of RBI on December 11, 2024. His tenure will be for the next 3 years.
