પ્રશ્ન છે કે બધુ જ સાચું કે આટલી તકલીફો છે પણ વ્યક્તિગત તમે શું કરી રહ્યા છો પરિસ્થિતિ બદલવા ! (તમે શું કરી શકો છો એમ નહીં)

Reflecting the changing nature of the GPSC Mains exam, questions are increasingly situational — testing what a candidate would actually do when placed in a given scenario, most visibly in the Ethics paper's case studies. Alongside this, GPSC has started attaching an individual-responsibility angle to policy questions — after describing what the State and civil society are already doing on a given initiative, the question turns and asks what the citizen, specifically, can do to support it. The State is doing its part, and civil society is doing its part; the exam increasingly probes the individual's own scope for action.
