Despite the Judges ruling.. the Kirk attorney pleads with the judge once more to allow the Kirk family to “See and Feel” the evidence of Tyler Robinson’s boyfriends Confession The prosecution knows it violates Tyler’s constitutional rights. This is a preliminary hearing, not a trial.

There is outrage over this and I just don’t get it… we want judges to side in favor of the constitution, always. Not pick and choose when it’s convenient. I am probably one of the only people out there I see that is fairly calling balls and strikes for both sides, only one who isn’t rooting for one side over the other, while many appear to generate outrage to be passed on to their audiences instead of logically walking through everything. I want Tyler Robinson to pay for what he did, if he did it.. looks like he’s not fighting today that he didn’t. I also want any con-conspirators to pay, if they exist, as well as any domestic or foreign government agency that may he involved. I want justice for Charlie. Not just a potential Patsy.

🤔 We’re on Day 4 of the Tyler Robinson Preliminary trial and TPUSA Andrew Kolvet posted this on TikTok… says he has tons of questions and casts doubt that maybe Tyler wasn’t working alone. He does ask good questions… many that we have… but the timing.. during the preliminary trial.. is interesting.

In no way am I vouching for Tyler Robinson in any way. This is me simply standing up for the U.S. Constitution and the principle that due process applies to everyone, no matter who benefits. I watched the full preliminary hearing and clipped the key argument this discussed last night. Prosecutors wanted to play from my understanding, an interview/video with Lance Twiggs, Twiggs recounts what Tyler Robinson allegedly told him — including a note Robinson supposedly left to Twiggs. So the entire “confession“ is actually coming from his roommate, which I already find his roommate extremely odd. The defense objected, arguing that presenting and framing this evidence that way in open court would violate Robinson’s due process rights under the 14th Amendment. The judge partially agreed and redacted portions of the video while balancing transparency with the defendant’s constitutional protections. The decision to redact Lance Twigg’s supposed “confession” for Tyler Robinson protects Tyler’s 6th Amendment right to a fair trial by an impartial jury and 14th Amendment due process rights against prejudicial pretrial publicity. Allowing the unredacted interview to be played and framed as Robinson’s confession in open court would risk violating those provisions in this high-profile case. We can’t pick and choose when these rights apply—they’re universal.

We need to get back into the fight SPIRITUALLY! Get back into the Bible… His word. HE is the Truth and the Life. We are His creation, not products.
