I saw that Conwy was on fire yesterday around midday .. with the sea right there not one helicopter or plane was to be seen taking water from the sea.. to try to stop the spread I believe these fires around the UK are all man made.. we have the RAF Valley on Anglesey with their expensive publicly funded jets and rescue helicopters not to mention police helicopters and they were doing nothing!! Now Anglesey smells of smoke and of course Merseyside the people need to demand action and there is obviously a danger to life. We are surrounded by sea! Theyve defunded the fire service and now we hear a fire engine pass through a busy village called Valley letting us all know we are on fire .. its probably the only one on the Island!
