Kind attention:  To The Principal/Principal-in-Charge Concerned Diploma Institution Respected Sir/Madam, Following points in connection with the forthcoming theoretical examinations for the 5th semester diploma students may kindly be noted. 1. No separate answer script will be issued to the examinees for answering question no.1 of all diploma subjects. 2. Examinees have to answer all questions in the main answer script first. 3. There will be no specific time limit for answering question no.1. 4. Loose sheet will be issued to the examinees after verification of complete filling up of the main answer script by the examinees. Rules/regulations as sent by WBSCTE: 1. Invigilators should ensure that no candidate is allowed to appear in the examinations without production of proper e-admit card with recent photo. 2. Invigilators/Observers shall ensure that no examinee carries cell phones, electronic watches with calculation facilities, slide rules, books, bag/briefcases etc. inside the examination hall. Possession/use of mobile phone, pager or other electronic device by the Invigilators inside the examination hall is also strictly prohibited. If any candidate is found with any of the above items/devices in the examination hall, the same will be confiscated and he/she should be marked as RA. 3. If, any examinee is found to adopt unfair means (use of chits, torn pages of book, writing on body, shirt or else, repeated talk with other examinees, taking more than 5 minutes time in toilet, keeping book/notebook in the toilet etc.) during the examination, he/she should be marked as RA by the observer and used materials have to be confiscated. Offences Punishments Getting/ giving assistance by exchange of question paper/own answer scripts Removal from the examination hall and marked as R.A. Mobile phone / device shall be confiscated. Carrying mobile phone or any other electronic device (even in off condition) Found in possession of unauthorized material related with the subject/question paper and the answer written matching with answer sheet Using pre-meditated chits containing helpful material In addition to other charges, rowdy behavior with the invigilators/observer Found in possession of unauthorized material in bulk, e.g. book/ huge cheating material, showing clear intention of copying Taking answer scripts outside the examination hall Carrying helpful material written on hands/ arms/ other body parts/ cloths Coming to the examination hall being intoxicated or drugged Use of fake answer sheets (not distributed in the examination hall) ---
