The SEC just legalized onchain stock trading. Two days after Congress failed to. This is HUGE. The catch: almost nothing trading onchain today qualifies. Everyone will call this the floodgates opening. Wrong read. What happened, in plain English: → This week the Senate killed the Clarity Act, 49-50. → The SEC did it anyway. One vote of the commission. → Onchain venues can now trade real US stocks without registering as an exchange. → The pass runs five years. Tokenized stocks are a $3B market today. US stocks are a $69 trillion market. But read the fine print: The token has to be a real share. Same dividends, same vote. The three biggest products onchain give you neither. Ondo Finance, Binance, xStocks. That's 77% of the market. They track the price. You own a wrapper, not a share. So who actually won today? The transfer agents. In July the firms that keep the shareholder registries petitioned the SEC. Computershare, Equiniti. Their ask: no token is a share unless the company signs off. Two months later it's in the order. Apple can't stop the NYSE from trading its stock. That has been law for decades. Onchain, the issuer gets 30 days to object. Silence means yes. An objection kills the listing. So what? This is BIG. The SEC just handed companies a veto they never had on the exchange floor. Two days ago I wrote that the Senate handed the pen back to the SEC. Atkins used it in 48 hours. If you're building here, the checklist is short. Be a US entity, permission your users, issue real shares with votes and dividends. Put the contract in public on a permissionless chain. No synthetics, no financing, capped symbols and volume. Crypto spent two years asking Congress for a rulebook. It got one in a day, written by the SEC. https://www.sec.gov/newsroom/press-releases/2026-90-sec-issues-innovation-exemption-facilitate-trading-tokenized-nms-stock-request-comment

S1E10: The Three Jars Rich Families Give Their Kids Wake up, monkeys. Rich families do not hand their kids money. They hand them a system, and the system does the teaching. It starts at five. Not with a lecture, with a job. Clean your room, take out the rubbish, fold the laundry, and five dollars a week land in your hand. Real work, real pay, no speech attached. Then those five dollars get split into three jars, and each jar teaches one thing school never will. One dollar goes into the giving jar. At the end of the month the kid hands it to somebody who needs it, in person, with their own hands. Not to you. That is the whole point: money can leave and still be worth something. Two dollars go into the spending jar. End of the month they blow it on whatever they want and nobody says a word. Buying something useless with your own money is the cheapest lesson in choice you will ever pay for. Two dollars go into the investing jar, and here is where the parent cheats a little. Every week you drop in one dollar of your own. Their two becomes three, and the kid learns that money grows while they sleep. Which is a lie. It grows while you work. But they do not need to know that yet. And every so often, quietly, take one back out. A jar that only ever goes up teaches half the lesson. Comment BANANAS and I’ll send you the free financial planner. Share it with someone who is about to hand their kid twenty bucks and call it an education. #bananomics #mrcarmelo #moneyforkids #financialliteracy

One of the wildest chapters in Silicon Valley history is officially getting the Hollywood treatment. 🎬🤖 Andrew Garfield steps into the role of Sam Altman in Artificial, a film centered on the five chaotic days in 2023 when OpenAI’s board abruptly fired its CEO, setting off an internal revolt before bringing him back just days later. It all unfolded as ChatGPT was exploding into the mainstream and the race to build more powerful AI was accelerating around the world. Three years later, that behind-the-scenes battle is headed to the big screen. #Technology #ArtificialIntelligence #AI #ChatGPT #OpenAI

When Ögedei Khan inherited the Mongol Empire in 1229, some members of his court reportedly proposed an extraordinarily brutal plan for northern China: kill its settled population and convert its farmland into pasture for Mongol livestock. Yelü Chucai, a Khitan-born administrator who had served under both Genghis Khan and Ögedei, understood that an appeal to compassion might accomplish little. Instead, he approached the problem as an accountant. He argued that farmers, merchants and craftsmen were far more valuable alive because they could generate reliable tax revenue every year. Yelü calculated that an organized system of land and commercial taxes, combined with government monopolies on products such as salt, iron, wine and vinegar, could produce approximately 500,000 liang of silver, 80,000 bolts of silk and more than 400,000 shi of grain annually. Ögedei allowed him to test the proposal. Yelü established regional tax offices staffed by administrators familiar with China’s existing bureaucratic traditions. In 1231, the collected silver, silk and grain reportedly matched his projections closely enough to convince the khan that governing northern China was more profitable than destroying it. The story comes largely from later Chinese accounts that portray Yelü as a heroic civilizing influence, so historians debate how close the extermination proposal came to becoming official policy. His fiscal reforms, however, were real and helped shift the Mongols from simply plundering conquered territory toward systematically governing it. Added Fact: Yelü Chucai was reportedly more than six feet eight inches tall and had a beard reaching his waist, an appearance that made him nearly as memorable to contemporaries as his administrative abilities.

In this breakdown, Elon Musk redefines the business models of Big Tech titans like NVIDIA, Apple, and Microsoft. He argues that these giants are essentially "digital exporters." NVIDIA doesn't just sell chips; they export high-value files to Taiwan. Apple doesn't "make" phones; they send digital designs to China. Their entire value is tied to the bitstream. The next massive disruption in the market will be the "Digital Human Emulator"—an AI capable of doing anything a human can do at a computer. Musk identifies a massive Total Addressable Market (TAM) in sectors like customer service, which represents roughly 1% of the global economy. By emulating human behavior on digital interfaces, AI can bypass slow API integrations and legacy software hurdles. For investors, the takeaway is clear: the revenue figures we see today in Big Tech may just be "rounding errors" compared to the value created when AI can fully emulate the world’s digital workforce.
