☸️ 持称格西《修心七义与生活中实践》 𝙎𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙋𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝘿𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙮 𝙇𝙞𝙛𝙚 ✨【课程简介】 《修心七义与生活实践》是一套珍贵而实用的大乘佛法修心教法，引导我们将生活中的顺境与逆境转化为修行的助缘，逐步培养慈悲心、菩提心与智慧。 在八堂课程中，持称格西将深入浅出地讲解《修心七义》的核心要义，并指导我们如何将修心法门运用于日常生活。 学员们将学习如何： ✅ 认识烦恼的根源，觉察并调伏自己的心 ✅ 运用修心方法面对压力、冲突与生活中的困难 ✅ 将逆境转化为成长与修行的机会 ✅ 减少我执，培养关爱他人的慈悲心 ✅ 在日常生活中实践菩提心，建立更平和、坚韧、利他的心态 本课程适合希望深入了解大乘佛法，并将佛法融入日常生活的佛友们。通过学习《修心七义》，让我们转变看待自己与世界的方式，在生活中的每一次经历中观照内心、实践佛法。 ✨【导师简介】 持称格西于1991年到印度和尼泊尔参访学习，并于尼泊尔柯槃寺(Kopan Monastery)剃度，同年进入印度色拉杰学院(Sera Jey Monastic University)学习佛法哲学与心理学，在负笈十八年的光景里学习了因明学、心类学与五部大论：现观庄严论、入中论、释量论、戒论、俱舍论。中间也到过哲蚌寺、甘丹寺等其他寺院参访学习。 2009年，完成所有学习并且得到格鲁派传承认可的格⻄学位(佛学博士学位)，之后也进入上密院学习密乘教法与仪轨。目前格西主要于香港、台湾等地教导佛学。 📆 日期: 16/9, 23/9, 30/9, 7/10, 14/10(实体), 21/10 (实体), 28/10(实体), 4/11(实体) - (星期三, 共8堂课) ⏲️ 时间: 8.00pm - 9.30pm ( 8.00pm上线 , 开始念诵课前诵文， 8.15pm 准时开课。 ) 📕 授课方式: 以Zoom平台于线上举行，最后4堂课将以实体现场授课 📍 实体课地点：大乘禅寺大殿 🔹 课程捐赠(护持本寺弘法基金): S$60 🔸报名要求: 无，适合初学者参与。 👉 请点击报名或了解更多: https://www.thekchencholing.org/dharma-courses
