1) GIFT Nifty traded 20 points higher at 19,447 signalling that the Indian stock market is headed for a positive start today.
2) Wall Street's main stock indexes rallied on Friday as bond yields fell sharply after data showed signs of slowing U.S. jobs growth and an uptick in unemployment, boosting hopes that the Federal Reserve is done with its interest rate hiking campaign.
3) The Indian volatility index dropped to the levels of 10.88, indicating a stable sentiment in the market owing to the rally in the global share market indices and the buying interest of the FIIs
