3️⃣Things That Will Decide The Market Today 📈
🔴 GIFT NIFTY opened 296 points lower at 22,728 signalling that the Indian stock market is headed for a negative start today.
🔴 On Thursday, U.S. stocks swinged from red to green and back as investors dealt with a strong economy and the Federal Reserve's strict policies. Treasury yields rose again, and gold gained value due to instability in the Middle East, making it a safe investment. The Nasdaq was particularly affected by a decline in the chip sector.
🔴 The volatility index - India VIX went up by 2.08% to the levels of 12.88 indicating increasing volatility in the market.
3️⃣Things That Will Decide The Market Today 📈
🔴 GIFT NIFTY opened 66 points lower at 22,183 signalling that the Indian stock market is headed for a negative start today.
🔴 U.S. stocks fell significantly on Monday as Treasury yields went up and growing tensions between Iran and Israel. S&P 500 coming off its biggest one-day percentage drop since Jan. 31 in the previous session, stocks opened higher in part after data showed retail sales increased by more than expected in March.
🔴 The volatility index India VIX went up by 8.11% to the levels of 12.47 indicating increasing volatility in the market.
