He presents his view of pandemic preparedness, arguing that mRNA vaccines were long in development and that the vaccine's spike protein is responsible for the injuries heard at the inquiry. He argues the virus was engineered, and describes what he says is a genetic and antibody variation that explains why only some people are injured. McCullough reviews papers on fatal myocarditis, aneurysms and hemorrhage, and describes patient cases he says show vaccine material and spike protein persisting years later and in tumour tissue.
