Short straddle player so far... Bnf holding critical level of 53450.. Nifty trading below 24900.. Stocks most action done in gap up/down opening and whole day in a range. Hopefully now u all understood what's corrective rise meaning. More action on nifty expiry day post 12 noon..to begin. Just completed few more studies... Few heavyweight have completed the 1st tgt which was in my mind... 1. HDFCBANK 2. TCS 3. INFY 4. Bajfinance 5. M&M 6. Bharti Airtel 7. Titan 8. Divislab 9. Sunpharma Few are yet to complete the first run by few miles... 1. SBIN 2. ICICIBANK 4. Kotakbank 5. Reliance 6. Bajfinserv 7. Maruti 8.Asianpaint 9.ITC These 18 script consist more than 75% of Nifty and more than 80% of BNF... Let us look at where we are today....5th DEC. Just 5 trading session to a new expiry and most of the script including NIFTY has hit the Bulls upside band... Conclusion from all these observation... 1. Todays move ensure that retail will not sell the market. 2. Most of the sellers SL has gone or they exit due to fear. 3. Market does this volatility if they have to reach some place or price to create euphoria. Now if I have my studies in place... How one should trade or make a trade plan...??? 24700 - 24900 is our Key zone which we have decided before we enter in Dec expiry... If our studies are wrong, we book our Losses and comeout for once and relook the mrkt if its holding the key zone for next 48 hrs after closing. Above this zone, a BIG short covering move might unfold. which also means the Index heavyweight stocks will go for their 2nd runup. Technical tools which would help us identifying the reversal... 1. Till we dont get a comfortable close above 24900 Nifty Spot Levels... This could be the euphoria built.. If it's a genuine buying, than we should close and trade above 24900... That's the benchmark for NIFTY
