Who here has become an avid label reader?! Today I was at Trader Joe's looking at the lunch meat options. Although they were all labeled organic I knew to read the labels. Out of 3 brands, they were all nitrate free (great right?!).. but two contained maltodextrin and carageenan amongst other bad ingredients! I almost didn't read those labels and am so glad I did! I've used Xylitol a lot throughout my life. I'm turning 44 soon, and I don't have a single cavity nor filling nor missing tooth. My teeth may be crooked (knocked out and held in), but I have them all and they're all in excellent health. I credit this to: 1. Not over-brushing (and only using fluoride-free toothpaste). 2.
