Last 36 Days - Prelims Tips 1. Avoid extra sources at this point and revise whatever you have studied till now.. try to remember things.. use tricks, mnemonics, images , maps etc 2. Solve, analyse, read, revise, understand, eat, drink , breathe Previous Year Questions at least 2 hours per day ( Try to get hold of logic, smart way of deciphering the questions, finding answer without adequate knowledge, patterns of questions, framing-wording etc ) 3. Don’t fear about current affairs - One newspapers and any one compilation is enough - Try to read between the lines and make use of google - Take screenshot and keep revising them 4. Basics - Don’t leave them behind.. especially economy and polity 5. Environment - S&T - Agri - try to make this trio your strong area 6. Give attention to all subjects and read about every word in Prelims Syllabus 7. Now solve more full length tests in time bound and exam like ambience 9:30-11:30 everyday / every alternate day ( Understand ur mistakes - memory/silly mistake/lack of data / tukka/ hurry etc ) - Note them down and don’t repeat them 8. Solve Full length tests of various coaching preferably vision, insights, iasbaba, vajiram. 9. Build your temperament and happy state of mind. Confidence is the key. It’s very normal to be anxious, worried and tensed about exam but you have to overcome it with optimism- Believe in yourself and your preparation till now. ( Prelims needs more logic and smartness than knowledge.. you have enough knowledge to clear it ) 10. Don’t neglect CSAT ( Practise papers from 2017 to 2021 ) and make sure that you are safely scoring 80-90+ Best wishes always 🖤 - Vinayak Mahamuni , IAS
