Analysts are split when it comes to predicting next week’s Fed decision. Barclays, GS & NatWest strategists see the Fed pausing rate hikes, with Nomura seeing a rate cut & halt to QT next week. BlackRock still sees the Fed hiking rates, as does Citi, Morgan Stanley & JPM
