🔒Lockdown Case Study🔒 💥Today Received Apple A1466 Mac book Board no: 820-00165-A💻 💥Problem: 1. Charging Led Glow orange, didn't change to green if we charge up to 4 / 5 hours (Fig1) 💥Problem: 2. Some times powering on & some times not powering on 💥Solution: Opened and cleaned the motherboard 💥First i check for any physical Damage - No Physical Damage Found 💥Second i check for any corrosion - i found corrosion near Charging ic (Fig2) 💥i cleaned the corrosion and check for any short in that PF - PF Found Shorted (Fig3) 💥i Just Opened and check in Board View and Schematic if that PF is necessary (Fig 4) 💥Yes That PF is Necessary because it Connected to boot strap pin of Charging IC (Fig5) 💥Replaced that Pf and applied UV Solder mask to rusted pcb area (Fig6) 💥Now connect the charger and checked for powering on - mac powered on and display came 💥Assembled the laptop and charged for up to 4 hrs , Now led turned to green (Fig7) 💥Now powered on the laptop , it's powered on and gives Display - Laptop Working fine.
