Nah I grew up with a strict dad who 24/7 tried to dixipline me, so I didn't have no chamlaka astedadeg. Although had the freedom to do what I want but got punished whenever I'm wrong 👍

You have to train your brain into doing what IS good, not what FEELS good. This is not about the lusty of you, but it's about what pleasures you. You shouldn't be consumed by cheap pleasure(lust, doom scrolling, fatty food etc) instead you should be consumed by high level of pleasure (learning, connecting with peopl, achieving goals, solving problem, investing your physical strength etc) Just so you know in life the things that are worth more are things that are hard to gain, so focus on hard things and things that challenge you. Read about delayed gratification if you're really interested in achieving real and meaningful things in life.
