| 17 | a friend asked me for date spot recommendations a few weeks ago, and this is literally what I did … went on TikTok and searched “date spots in Addis.” so if I had a girlfriend (applications are open, send your resume, I might “unlock In/ lock out” for the right one 😁), I would’ve definitely used this app.
also, Ben, please add a “Find Your Date” section. Seems like I’m the only dev in this country who still believes dating apps can and will work here 😭

And I don't really know too many places around the city (me dev. outside bad 🙂↔️). So I built this last weekend.
Spots scrapes popular review channels on TikTok and displays the results all in one place. You can save a spot, make a list of all the places you've been to with notes and reviews, and you can see what other people have said about places.
And the best part is that you don't have to be on TikTok to find cool places around Addis.

| 19 | was pretty sick for the last 36-ish hours ... yesterday I was in bed the entire day ... went to the hospital last night and I have no idea what they did to me, but bruh... I was healed 😁🔥 ... they mentioned a bunch of scary infections and medical terms, but all I know is I could barely stand or even sit when I got there, and I felt way better by the time I got back home .. just finished my injections today, got some pills too, and now I can officially say I'm back to the grind. Thank God.
